Order was completely wrong and won’t answer phone. Uber driver saw the items were wrong and he said he would tell them.wrong food and didn’t receive a drink or the side we paid for.

I went here a few days ago and I had an app order. When I got there there was no one in the drive thru and they told me I had to come in. I usually can pick up my order in the drive thru. When I get in there's 10 people waiting to either order or pickup. They ignored everyone. They didn't speak. One guy goes into the side office everyone can see into and gets on his phone. They would walk pass the counter without saying anything to us. Some people left pissed. When you called to get their attention they ignored you. I couldn't leave because I'd already paid. I saw that there was an order on the back counter and someone comes along to put an order sticker on it. I can see it's my name. With all these people waiting you don't call out to see if the person is there. I called out to get someone to just give me my order and they ignored me. When I finally got loud enough the guy has an attitude like it's not his job. They weren't busy with a bunch of people in drive thru. In fact you hear them tell someone else they'd have to come in and ignored them as well. I won't be coming back here until everyone who was working that day is gone. This happens so often at this location. They just hire a bunch of people who have no integrity or might have a gripe with their boss. As a customer I DON'T CARE. I paid for service, whatever personal or personnel problems you're having should not be passed on to the customer. I shouldn't know about your bad day.

I ordered my food and I waited 20 minutes longer than what I should have just to watch an employee take food out of one box put it in a box and try to serve it to me and I asked her why my chicken was cold and she said she didn’t know

Either this place is horribly under staffed or there is no employee training. There were at least 10 customers in the lobby waiting to order and the staff completely ignored all of them. When one customer asked if they were going to help anyone the employee turned around, stared and walked off. I left without ordering. Not going back any time soon.

Bring back the front of the house order takers. Get rid of the touch screen computers and stop telling customers that you are out of fries and chicken tenders.

I placed a delivery order over an hour ago and it kept saying my food was on the way. Then all of a sudden they cancelled the order and wouldn’t give a reason why due to me calling for an hour and not answering the phone. It is ridiculous on not communicating with the customer.

Just left there and they didn't even have gravy. Customer service was ghetto terrible. The skin was falling off the chicken and I could see uncooked flour on parts of the chicken. If you're looking for the worst customer service, chicken not cooked, and be at a circus... This place is the place to be. I wouldn't give this place a half a star
