Came in to get food at 3:06pm to get food. When I initially walked in to look over the menu, I wasn’t greeted. But the current manager on duty, walked past and stuck her finger up and rudely said “one minute.” She then proceeded to go to the window, while yelling for the younger lady to come to the counter to “see what I wanted.” The young lady that came was pleasantly sweet. She greeted me with nicely, and took my order promptly. The manager was extremely unprofessional, in which she was loudly answering her cell in between taking orders. Constantly yelling about someone calling her about smoking and not having a lighter nor cigars. Definitely needs do be some training going on.

Possibly the worst place in Dallas. This is the third time I've had a bad experience in under a year. Tonight I ordered four pieces of chicken. Forty-five minutes later, no chicken. No employees were bothering to acknowledge the many patrons sitting and standing in front of the counter. They also ignored repeated requests for assistance from people at the counter. I finally found someone and demanded a refund, so I left hungry, unfulfilled, and determined to avoid this place forever.

The manager is a joke, they have no urgency, i placed a order to be delivered and they told me driver that online orders take less priority cause they’re not there in person, which i think is ridiculous this KFC is a huge joke do not order from here
Horrible service, the crew was literally playing around instead of make a stupid small fries order, i was waiting for 30 MINUTES FOR A SMALL FRIES, also a new costumer come and they instead of take care of him, they start laughing of something. Horrible, someone needs to teach them good costumer services treats.

Service was great!!!! The young lady at the drive thru was excellent! The food on the other hand was horrible it was cold they messed up my order I couldn’t the chicken taste like it was old potatoes and gravy we’re disgusting everything was terrible! Even the drinks ordered 2 Sweet teas and they weren’t even sweet. Such a disappointment if I could get my money back I definitely would. The only reason I gave the service 5 stars is because of the young lady working the drive thru if not I would’ve given 0 to 1 star all the way across

Your cashier lady with the wig is the entire reason I remember to stay away from this location. Awful awful. Resentful, attitude, and went even slower in moving when i asked her for my food that was sitting there in my face ready for 5 minutes. It’s been months in between my last visit and nothings changed.
