I placed an order with the drive thru and received an incomplete order upon arriving home. I called the location back once I realized it was incomplete and no answer. No one wants to drive back to the fast food place because of failed service. KFC, this was unacceptable of your night shift and needs to be addressed. Do better or lose Customers!!!

Although it may be a subpar cookie cutter meal by normal average community standard.. to me it's beyond that. For some reason I can't get enough of their chicken pot pie, and I stop by whenever I can. Like the crust is golden brown flaky, but with buttery taste as if it's butter itself. Maybe I go there just for the people, because they are all a great team. Lead by one tall lady who is as kind as she'll take no @#$&% from no one if you give her a legitimate reason. Who I assume runs the operation.

Believing them, I ordered a little over $27.00 worth. It was NOT, but I was at my destination 7 minutes away when I realized it. ALL of the chicken and bisquits were ROCK HARD AND COLD. On top of that, they failed to give the slaw that I paid for. This KFC on Lemmon Ave. should be CLOSED IMMEDIATELY. The ONLY reason I marked one star was because I had to make a selection.

Worst service ever been standing here for about 20 minutes with 10 other people in the store and the manager is yelling us she'll take our order whens she's ready and it's going to be a long time and then locks the door to the store. It's 830pm I hope a place like this goes out of business. I'm going to contact the food inspector they need an audit.
