The food was ok, nothing special about chixken sandwich. The service was awful, we stood for 5 mins at the counter while 4 employees walked in front of us and never acknowledged us or even said hello. The you lady who took our order was not welcoming or friendly, it seemed like she was forced to be there and even raised her voice to customer that asked for his mashed potatoes with gravy. I donr expect much when I go to fast food places, but this was ridiculous

I purchased a meal that included a drink. I was about to finish the drink when I realized something was the bottom of the cup. It was a screw. I wish I could post a picture. So disappointed
