Ms. Mary greeted me with a welcoming smile and fulfilled my order within seconds! She was empathetic to my hunger joke. Highly recommend this location ☺️ She will take good care of you!

Past few times I’ve went no matter the time of day, they were out of chicken. I don’t understand a chicken place being out of chicken. It makes absolutely no sense to me

Rude manager black manager and rude Hispanic cashier and black cashier one cashier was going home and the other cashier didn’t attend to me because she is going home and the Hispanic cashier coming on duty took her for ever to to count her money when I reported it to the manager she didn’t apologize she only said we are doing a shift change like an and also you can smell the bathroom floor the kitchen , dining room very unprofessional people no body care

This is my preferred KFC location. The PM shift definitely deserves a round of applause. Those young men are always professional and fast. It's always good seeing young people working hard while being respectful and productive. Excellent work to the hiring manager (for selecting the right teenagers) . Respect to the entire team.... please keep up the good work!

I go by there at 10:17 pm & they dont answer the drive thru. Go to the window, ask the dude inside & he say's they are closed!
KFC your website & your door say you close at 11pm. So please change your hours & turn off the freaking lights if your closing early from now on!

The girl who hopped on the mic to tell me RUDELY they didn’t have what I ordered on the app, after spending $25 btw, should definitely be careful to say “We’re about to close.” Disgusting attitude ALONG with all her counterparts working the night of 9/20/24. Maybe y’all should put a sign out letting people know y’all are out of CHICKEN before letting people WAIT IN LINE FOR 40 MINUTES. The AUDACITY is crazy. What goes around comes around.

I ordered through Uber eats and got my regular order 5 piece tender box. I already know I'm not getting any sauces I never do, but I don't mind tenders are good and so is the Mac& cheese well today I got no sauce (regular) but my tenders were not tender. It was like chewing leather. It tastes like leftovers, who you put in the microwave for too long. No flavor just a big stale overcooked piece of chicken. I can deal with no sauces ever but the chicken is the main course. You can't mess up the main course. It was a below average experience knowing this location. Gonna switch to other Chicken tender places.?

Today Kentucky chicken was on point, a lady cooked the chicken ?? I was going to take a picture of my plate but I was too hungry and I ate it sorry for not posting the beautiful items I ordered on the menu from KFC thanks for a beautiful experience today!
