Rude staff they been giving me none crispy chicken and old chicken for months š¤

My visit to this location was beyond disappointing. My first issue was that it took 7 minutes before my order was even taken. The wait for another lady who arrived after me was about 10 mins. I ordered a large potato wedges, 2 empanadas, and an order of street tacos. I asked for everything to be fresh because my wife is pregnant and wouldnāt eat it. I didnāt wanna waste my time or money so I was very specific. The shift lead promised me that it would be fresh. He was ready kind. I waited for a while, almost 20 minutes. Once I made it home my wife inspected the food and flipped her lid. The street tacos and empanadas were old and hard. The tacos were so old the cheese harden and the taco was like a babyās teething ring, tough. I didnāt have the time to go back because I have a busy schedule. However, today I had time to visit. As I got out of my car A KFC employee was asking me for a few dollars so that he can get home on the bus. I explained to him that I hardly ever carry cash and Iām sorry that I couldnāt help him. When I made it inside, I immediately spoke with the person who said that they he was a manager. His name he said was Leonard. I asked him how his day was going and tried to shake his hand. He told me no and asked me what my issue was. I disregarded his rude welcoming, and proceeded to express The details of my last visit. Before I can explain what was going on, he cut me off and said tell me what do you want. I asked him was there an issue did I say something that offended him because his demeanor and attitude was very ugly. He said no and apologized, so I let it go and proceeded to tell him what was going on. I explained to him that I didnāt want a refund. I didnāt want my food remade. I was just trying to give some information about my experience. As I explained to him what was going on, he stopped me again and told me that they donāt sell street tacos. I explained to him that thatās what I purchased. It was a special item that was For a limited time and it was a few weeks ago. I also explained to him that I purchased two empanadas as well. He stopped me again and explained to me that he only sold it about six empanadas within the last week. I explained to him that I thought it was some type of language barrier because he wasnāt fully understanding what I was saying I didnāt explain to him again that it was about 2- 3 weeks ago. So he began to get frustrated again and he asked me if I had a receipt. I explained that I did but itās at home. I say, however I can bring it back up If you like. I was confused on why he asked for the receipt because I didnāt request a refund nor did I want the food remade. So he cut me off again and he explained to me that he can take a look at my credit card statement. Thatās when I got frustrated. Because I had to explain to him again I didnāt require a refund nor did I want the food remade because I wasnāt worrying about the money. I was trying to explain to him about my experience. He disregarded what I said then he said just show me the statement so I showed them the statement of my American Express. It showed two different transactions at that location. It even showed the address where it was purchased, which was the current location so then he proceeded to ask me why was it such a big deal that I want my money back? I explained to him that I didnāt want a refund. I just wanted to give some information. He open the drawer and give me my money back. I was confused because thatās wasn't my goal. He proceeded to make fun and say well āI thought you was a big money man why do you need this $17 and some changeā. I gave him an invite to discuss the matter outside in the parking lot to express my concern , which he declined unfortunately. I truly believe that we could have came to a sensible. This location needs to work on the customer service.

Ms. Trina was remarkable she was working both the drive thru and front counter. She told everyone what she has available with a smile on her face. She was very friendly. I recommend this location. After having a bad experience at the other location on Forest Lane. I'm glad we change to this location being new to Dallas area.

Came here to get a 20 piece hot & spicy wings at 8:23pm and the lady at the counter tells me the cook is on break and that they don't have any done. Who the hell only has one cook working and who the hell takes a break at 8:30 pm. This is my first and last time at this location because that is dumbest thing I have ever had to deal with.

Jonathan is a manager and is an absolute class act. Intelligent, excellent people, skills, and an overall a great vibe from a really cool dude. There was a guy causing problems in the parking lot and he handled the situation in a cool calm and collected manner. Quite impressive. And being ex military he is obviously adept at diffusing potential volatile situations. Anyhow, wanted to give a shout out regarding Jonathan to his management. No doubt heās gonna be moving on to big things in the future.
I do have to mention that it was the typically tasty Kentucky Fried Chicken. Iāll be frequenting this location as much as possible with this young man holding down the fort. ā¦

Zero star to the service and the food, very bad customer service I was waiting inside and they were not paying attention whether I am a customer or a driver for DoorDash or Uber Eats whatever it is they have be good in customer service, they just wanna get your money and then let you stay in the car for long time in the parking lot thatās what happened to me I was waiting and after total of 17 minutes when I went inside to ask for my food and showed my receipt he said ok he put the fries in the bag and gave me the order with a bad attitude and the other guy who took my order was so dirty looking like a homeless even though I understand working in restaurant is though and you cannot keep your clothes clean but not dirty as that I hope the management take action and make their things right.

So I order 6pc honey bbq wings, it was probably 2 wing with the sauce on the side of the chicken, my drink I got was nasty⦠I will not be back to this place.

I was treated like I did something wrong and with serious attitude when I tried to pick up my order I placed online. I did not see an option to select drive thru when placing my oder, only pick up or delivery. I ordered 2 pot pies, some mashed an gravy and 10pc bone in chicken and somehow got a serious order of bad attitude. Don't worry, I won't be back..

My mobile order was ready for pickup but when I got there and stood in line all some lady said she canāt do anything until the other lady is finished/ready didnāt make any sense but I proceeded to wait another 30 minutes and I stood in line again and was told I would have to wait another 15 minutes for chicken so my order was never being made? A lot of people came in and ordered and got their order fast. I was given my order in less than 2 minutes I thought there was no chicken? Waited 40 minutes to old chicken and no biscuits⦠I wasnāt asked for any sauce too which I watched her ask many others for⦠I was not rude I was patient and was ashamed of what they gave me thatās just sad.

We recently discovered why you don't see as many KFCs as before. First, there was plenty of parking, but if you go during the summer, prepare to go back to a hot car because there are no shade trees. So keep that in mind if you choose to dine in.
In our party of two, I ordered the nuggets. I hate to say it, but I've eaten fried shrimp which were larger than what I received here. They were also dry as a bone and I was never asked for sauce. My lemonade also tasted a bit off, almost as if it were spiked. I ended up looking to see if it were possible for artificially flavored lemonade to go bad which, yes it can in case you were wondering. My party member also had crusty chicken which somehow managed to produce more oil and grease than any other chicken dish from any other chicken place. While we were questioning the wisdom of our visiting this KFC, we were reminded by two other patrons in the restaurant who had brought in their order from Cane's a half block away that there are other places to eat on this block.

This is the WORST LOCATION EVER ⦠these a girl STUD name Trey or Tray rude as hell he/ she slung my order on the counter I asked was it mines he/ she smacked her teeth and looked me up and down and walked off ⦠the food was disgusting be the chicken did not taste done ⦠the chicken was so messy I threw the whole bucket away ⦠I really wish they close this location Taco Bell and. KFC is NOT 2 restaurants that should be combined togetherā¦. The employees are rude ⦠food so expensive but so cold CLOSE THIS LOCATION

Had me waiting about 30 minutes in the parking lot as I watched a bunch of cars that came after me get their order. Went back around and the chubby white lady had the audacity to get give me attitude when I asked her for the missing items š the guy next to her was amazing tho.
