I rated 5* for everything. However, I hold off 1* in the overall rating, primarily because of the price. Noted KFC prices are higher than any fast food place. In that case, why KFC prices have to be that high? Maybe the corporate needs to revisit. Thank you.

KFCs are so bad nowadays, you can be sure that any location is an indicator that the surroundings are the ghetto. No idea why people still go here.thr customers are also morans because they will complain here but still come back time after time. I have only been here to use the bathroom, which was barely functional and approaching third world status. Atrocious all around.

They obviously dont care about customer service cause the lady with tattoos is straight trash..she is always rude..if l didnt know any better..l would think she is the actual owner or screwing someone in management cause she gets away with murder !!!!

If I could rate this zero stars I would first I was charged for a second meal that I did not get tried to get in contact with them no one answer the phone in plus the food was old tried to go back tell the manager my issue she refused to give me a refund and and tried to give me more old food poor customer service and bad attitude needs new management and my issue still wasn’t resolved

Their new wings deal is pretty good. It was tasty and the seasoning was perfect despite being a bit dry. The other KFC 3.5 mile-ish away had juicy wings!

DO NOT GO HERE!! For whatever reason, they rush you thru the drive thru...just to give you stale chicken, burnt biscuits, the only thing right was my coleslaw. Popeyes....I will NEVER cheat on you again.

I forgot to ask for honey. Kind man at the window ended up makin two trips to get me honey for my girl biscuit i didn't even have to ask gr8 service nice dude give him a raise he Hispanic w a accent

My husband visited today and was accused of stealing. He received the incorrect amount of wings and was accused of eating them when he immediately went back through the line to inform them of the mistake. Good customer service has gone by the wayside. Just give me what I paid for and it won’t be a problem. Ridiculous.
