I ordered French fries with my kids meals and they gave them mashed potatoes. Now they won’t eat. I already had to go back once because I asked for a side of Mac n cheese and they replaced my potatoes instead. I had to drive kinda far since the spring valley location closed. Now I’m disappointed.

I drove my parents to this location on Forest Lane Friday night. It was 9:15 pm. Per the hours displayed they close at 11:00 pm. We went thru the drive thru it took a good two minutes to be acknowledged. I ordered an 8 piece family meal and was told there was no chicken! The only food they had available were the sides! How can a chicken restaurant not have chicken available! I suppose they didn't want to bother making more for the night. We were very disappointed, took out business to Church's chicken down the street. Not the same but we were hungry. We'll never go there again! Heaven forbid they have to work!

Terrible place, will never order from here again. Cannot fulfill a simple DoorDash order! Was rude to driver and ignoring him!! Underperforming and lazy staff needs to be checked!!

I came to buy 4 famous bowl meals. Had to repeat my 5 times. Went home. My whole order was wrong. No famous bowls. Just 3 mashed potatoes. 2 coleslaw salads. This is not the first time they get my order wrong. Bad service. Never coming to this location again.

This was terrible I got a 3 piece combo and the chicken or at least what there was under the 4 inches of crust there was about two bites of chicken until I reached bone, then I had to rip it off like a wild animal to even chew was disgusting. My potatoes were what I was looking forward too and sadly it was 90% gravy and a lil scoop of potatoes at the bottom even my Pepsi was flat what the heck… overall the best thing I had was my roll. I tried to call a team member picked up when I asked for a manager the phone clicked now the line is busy

Bad costumer service,The Manager is not take care of costumers...I asking for a cup for water...And She trying charge me over $2.00That is shame....I eat lunch every day in different places....But this place is the worst ever eat out.No coming, no eat here...Manager name Margie...Not care of costumers...

Ask for 3 pc. Box original crust. Then was told there was only wings and breast? This was at 8:30 pm. Was told 15 to 20 mins for any other pcs, so I think ok wings can't be that bad??? Bad choice, I have never seen wings that small! I have been eating KFC for 40 years and never seen wings this small. Anywhere! On top of that once we got the order and left, found out was crispy not original. And the drinks where also wrong. Lol and wonder why they keep loosing business??!! Mark another customer gone!

Pick up my family Dinner. Needed to get something quick and warm. Thought KFC was good choice.I was wrong. I order crispy, when I got home it was original.I order Green beans, mashed potatoes, cold slaw when I got a double order of mashed potatoes.Every piece was small.. Not worth it. I called the restaurant. no answer. Not worth it and I will not go again.

The website, the door and the apple maps all state this restaurant is open till 11pm. Very confused and disappointed to have seen the doors locked at 10:30pm.. Drove over 15 minutes to eat here and upon arrival, one of the workers had came and locked the door as we were walking up. Very sad my cravings werent met #hangry
