I placed a order online and it gave me an estimated time to be ready I then went through driv thur to pick up she told ne it wasn't ready that it will be 5 minutes remind you the app notified me it was ready so I pulled back around to the parking lot and waited pulled back to drive thur just for the manager to tell me they were out of what I ordered didn't ask if I want to substitute for anything else poor service at this location I will continue to go to the location on BUCKNER if I could rate forest location it will be 0 STARS

Tired ordering from this location on Uber Eats. First drive was told that they have no food and that it would take... wait for it....40 minutes to make 6 pieces of chicken, 2 fries, coleslaw, mac & cheese, and was supposed to be 10 saucy nuggets (rcvd 9). The second driver went and canceled. The 3rd driver said someone told him that they are not filing Uber orders, but the order was able to be placed on the app. A total waste of 2 hours just trying to buy food. Terrible. If they don't wanna work, then why are they open? I'm sure you all will be closed soon if no improvements.

Ever heard of the phrase, “Don’t count your chickens before they hatch.” In this case, it’s… “Better count your pieces of chicken before you leave!” Ordered an 8-piece chicken bucket and ended up with 7 pieces instead. Happened twice already. Either they can’t count or are short-changing you intentionally. Better count those chickens!!!
Be warned... if you order through your app and they don't have it available, they won't tell you until you show up in person. Wasted a trip for this. Now, I'm afraid to order through the app.

Bad, very bad, the chicken is cold and overheated, the bathrooms don't work, the smell inside is ugly, apart from that, people come in from the street as if it were their home to drink soda and practice anti-measuring with glances at the diners. I will never go to a restaurant again.
