This is by far the worst food experience I have had in my entire life.I was picking up food for my mom who had previously ordered online. We arrived to pick up the food nearly 2 hours before closing time. He then told us that they couldn't serve the food because he was cleaning the fryer then when offered to get a different item because of the issue with the food we ordered (nuggets) he said they were out of everything. I asked him to cancel the order so we could get a refund he refused. Threatened to call the police and make a false report. I called the police and let them know that he was doing and they were supportive and helped out. He ended up giving us cold food and stated he would decline to serve us. My mom spent so much money on this food for him to treat customers this way is unbelievable but I will not be back again.

I ordered my food on line. When I arrived . I waited a minute or two. There was only 2 workers. And a libe in the drive through. Theyll both worked as a team . And finished fast and effectivly. And all my food was complete. I WAS not missing anything. Happy family

Long wait times, food often stale, burnt, or bland. The old orangutan lady was very blut when I was trying to ask for a simple packet of butter after they rushed off before I could a word in at the window. Forced onto me a conversation of words she explicitly wanted me to say while being facetious as if I caused a conflict. This is a horrible way to behave towards a customer who just showed up with a simple request. This was a taunt and I almost felt obliged to retaliate. Change your staff, they are blatantly and openly rude to customers and to coworkers alike. Mocking everything and everyone any opportunity. The focus should be on the quality of food and not what vulgar conversation should they talk about next.

As I drive to the drive thru I got an immediate hold, Once I got my bag she deliberately let the bag almost fall on my hand, twisted my wrist. She forgot my receipt asked for it and returned to the window and crumbled my receipt in my hand and closed her window immediately. Very rude, horrible customer service. She was not busy because it looked as she was trying to continue her convo with her co worker(guy) no wonder..smh!! Hope she finds God soon

In the nook and cranny of Hampton road, but ooh wee the chicken was yummy HOT AND FRESH!! Mom made me drive all around town til we found one but when we got here, I was excited to smell what the KFC was cooking’!

Drive thu ordered chicken pot pie. Got to window didn't have my order. As I was telling him my order he said to wait and turn to tell lady to toss cpp they are to old. Then came back to me had to repeat order again and he gave it to me then i asked for my drink which was not what i ordered and wouldnot take. He was very rude not only to me but the lady working for him look like he was manager. Will not go back to this kfc
