I dont usually have much expectation from any fast food chain but I must tell the world that this location has ALL OF THE ENERGY!!!! This location greets you loud and with kindness, like they have joy in their heart and truly is the defining customer service. There’s no attitudes and energy of not caring about the service and food they put out. This was my first time here passing through and I will now drive the extra miles out of my way to get my food here because it’s nothing but love here. You know the food will reflect and I appreciate for real!!! They got it together over here. I’m so happy bout my money spent here. Good job!!!!!!!

I forgot that they don't serve the Salisbury steak plates like they had back in the day. So I tried the chicken sandwich and it was terrible. It was cooked too long and was hard to eat. It was a waste of my $9.

We received a free meal from our kids school and decided to go for a meal. I haven't been to KFC in yeeaarrssssssss. It was clean and we were greeted as soon as we came in. They were actually helping each other out and the cook was up helping with orders. The lady that took our order was AWESOME! She was patient and helped us with the menu. Very nice and received our meals in no time. This was a pleasant experience and would come back again. The food was flavorful and marinated well. EVERYTHING WAS ACTUALLY GOOD! or today was the day they had their best team. Either way, my family was very happy. Had plenty of people come in before and after and the same energy was kept. You can tell the cashier likes her job 😄. For people that don't know, if you like your job you will actually enjoy it. Thank you for taking care of me and my family 👍🏽
The Illinois Ave location has finally got it together. The restaurant use to be ghetto. Something has happened in the past few weeks. I'm not sure what it is but I hope it stays this way. Good service. Good manners. Good food.

Went thru the drive thru was asked to pull forward because a few minutes on cherry pie poppers. Cashier came out and asked me to pull around. This location is in a bad spot to have drive thru customers pulling around to parking lot therefore I had to make a block. While sitting in the parking lot for over 15 minutes, I attempted to go in, the doors were locked, lobby closed. I called inside, no answer. Finally, 25 mins later, someone came and brought my order out, no customer service. Food was not fresh & and hot, truly, $17 wasted. Ridiculous

I was very pleased with the new General Manager named Chelsey. She was very polite and professional when I ordered and even sounded excited to take my order. She offered more products and most importantly, she repeated my order, slowly and clear where I can understand. When I pulled up to receive my order, the great customer service continued with a smile and a THANK YOU! Please train the rest of the staff to follow those same work ethics, it is very important! I'm a business owner so I know how great customer service helps a business thrive. The food was good also. I will be coming back and will refer customers, friends and family.

Worst service ever!!!! Kept seeing the tenders AD everywhere me and my wife decided to go and we received the worst experience possible. Took over 30 minutes to get or order…and got it WRONG! They gave us the wrong sides and didn’t give us the sides. The cashier at the drive thru was FaceTiming some friend and was super rude to us because we asked her for condiments when ordering at the window!!! Honestly I’d recommend for corporate to shut this place down. It’s the worst!
I placed an 8 pc chicken tender combo through the app and once I arrived I was told they ran out of tenders an was told it would be replaced with a 6 pc of chicken I get home only gave me 3. Not only that when you arrive customers literally have to scream to the employees to get their attention other wise will ignore you. Based on other reviews it is not worth coming to this ghetto location nothing changes

Terrible ass service, never had an issue with this spot until today. Cashier girl named antrinay seemed to be rude & bad customer service forgot to give me the complete change lol but i didn’t want to make it into a big deal bc it was pocket change but yall gotta do better , TREAT PEOPLE THE WAY YOU WANTED TO GET TREATED.
