I had a disappointing experience at this KFC location. The person who took our order was very rude, although the cashier who helped us afterward was polite and professional. Unfortunately, they forgot a side for one of the meals as well as the sauce. We also specifically asked for no pickles on one of the sandwiches, but it still came with pickles. To make matters worse, some of the food was cold. Overall, this was a frustrating visit, and I definitely do not recommend this location.

Secondly the food I ordered was cold meaning they gave me what had been sitting there for a minute and the fried chicken was raw… overall it’s just a nasty location with people who don’t have manners and don’t care about cleanness

Look KFC head office... Whoever you have on drive thru tonight? You should give them a raise. This branch didn't have any original recipe left (that was appropriate for sale) so we were waiting out front for our order and she came to tell us. Not only did she take care of us she went above and beyond making sure we were happy. Friendly, funny, helpful. 10/10 and we feel this location deserves a better overall score.

30 mins to get two big box meals. The funniest part was they said they would throw a free lemon pay in for the long wait time and they forgot that too along with a side for one of the meals. .08 of a mile ahead is a Williams chicken

There were only 2 workers who were overwhelmed and could not take any workers because they couldn't keep up with the demand. The restaurant also had Uber eats or something going too with only 2 workers. The guys tried their best but they had no chance.
