Every time I go to this location, I receive bad service. Everyone always appears to be in a bad mood. This is my first time submitting a review.I arrived at the location:6130 E Mockingbird LnDallas Texas 75214at 10:36pm. No one answered the order speaker in the drive through. I pulled up to the window, has to blow my horn. A male Hispanic came to the window and said they were closed. I asked for a manager. He made a call from his cellphone then said "NO"! I asked again, he said "NO" and said something in Spanish. I showed him the listed business hours on Google app. He said "closed"! The stores should honor posted business hours and hire people with better communication skills.

I went here for takeout. I got the chicken nuggets and a side of Cole slaw. Both were very good. The nuggets are real chicken and were very tasty, I might even say delicious. I could see eating a bucket of those while watching TV.Service was fast, no complaints.The restaurant was clean and the ambiance was as sterile as you would expect a fast food restaurant chain to be. The kid loves KFC so we are not averse to going here.

I ordered a 2 piece crispy with cole slaw and a Pepsi via the drive thru. Got home only to find out I got a 3 piece with mashed potatoes and what taste like a Diet Pepsi or maybe a Pepsi with cleaning solution included. I tried calling of coarse no answer. At least they got the crispy correct. Maybe if I was given a receipt i would’ve caught the screw up.

Everybody that is here in the reviews saying their chicken was greasy and soggy is not lying. Do not waste your money here. This location is terrible.

If you want world famous greasy chicken this is your place. You got one job to do, give the public their money worth with decent food which is chicken that has been cooked in your restaurants for over 50 years so you should have it down perfect. Wrong, old grease soaks into chicken and you keep doing it so you lose customers so if you're not changing it that tells the community around you that you are not really interested in their business or repeated business. So I basically went here today and threw away $12, mashed potato and coleslaw was typical I ate that and then went to a little Asian joint by my house and got chicken,they cook fried chicken better than KFC. I will never return to this location.

i dont think anyone likes working here. food was soggy for a 30 min wait for extra crispy . mash did not come with gravy. they are really dropping the ball. every employee has an attitude. i dont think i will goto kfc again, maybe not this one.just clean house and get a new staff.
