Always rude service. If you are disabled don't come here, when you order online and go thru drive to pick up your food they won't allow you, even if you can't walk inside.

My sister and I ordered 72 dollars worth of food from this location today about 8 hours passed kept getting new drivers. So we called the store talk to someone and was informed that out of that 72 dollars worth of food they had none of the items we asked for smh now that ridiculous and uncalled for
The employees have never gotten my order right. I think they are illiterate. You have to repeat yourself constantly, and they still manage to get the order wrong.

The whole store needs 2 be torn down. Food always cold, they talk ghetto shit on the drive thru mic, customer service is terrible. I wouldn't feed my dog this KFC. Yall run fast as u can.
WORST KFC IN THE HISTORY OF KFC. Now let me say the food is good, the restaurant appears clean from the drive through perspective (i.e. clean windows and the such), now I can complain.
First the speaker doesn't work, and appears to have been down for awhile now. That's a inconvenience for any drive through customer expecting to get in an out.
My orders both times were never ready when I got there even though the app says they were. Both times I was directed to park inconvenience #2.
Now in the spirit of transparency and honesty- the first girl was an absolute 💎, her handling of my inconvenience was offset by her thorough completion of the transaction. Napkins, sauces, the correct drinks and an apology. Perfect customer service.
Second time total disaster. The chick forgot our dink, and told us to come through the drive through to get them, again. No greeting, just hand off a bag turned and left. Spending $50+ in two trips in less than a week an not even a hello? 🤨
I believe the spirit of this establishment is horrible, the evidence is consistently bad customer engagement they are 0-2 in my book and I know I'm not the only one.
So I ask, is there another KFC in the 75215 / 75217 area that I can try?

Something is going very wrong at this location. Went 11-15-24; drive thru - rude service, missed items, and chicken breading had a strong chemical taste. Ended up being an inedible waste of 30$.
While ordering, she told us we couldn’t choose sides with the 20$ 6 piece chicken deal and that we had to get it ‘as it comes’ but then wouldn’t tell us what sides came with it. (Was not specified on the menu board) Checked online and you can pick the sides. We ordered a pot pie, didn’t get it. Told to pull around and when she brought it she literally tossed it in the car window without even checking it was our order (and there was no receipt). And then we couldn’t eat the chicken. It tasted like whoever breaded it had wiped down counters or something and then immediately handled food, just a really strong chemical taste. And maybe it’s an off night but they weren’t that busy. And I don’t need overly cheerful service but if my orders literally going to be thrown at me I’d at least like to be able to eat it. Might be a management issue? Just weird and concerning.
