They have bullet proof glass on the counter that should tell you everything you need to know. They barely speak English and management is extremely rude. I never received my order or a refund so basically my money was stolen.

We ordered 3 Wednesday's specials right before closing time. The meat is tuff and the mashed potatoes were cold. I called the store and no one answered. I will be there tomorrow for a full refund and I'm calling Corporate. This is not acceptable. Times are too hard to just give money away to a big Corporation. 😡😡 I will never eat there again.

You're not going to believe what happened to me tonight. I went online and order a piece only this is what they supposed to have gave me 2 breasts, 2wings, 2 thighs, 2 drumsticks. Check this out they put 6 thighs, 2 drumsticks. Guess what I'm going to do tomorrow I'm not going to eat the meat I don't even like dart meat like that. Also waffle+syrup I didn't get that either and I paid for that they tell me they don't sell it anymore. This is the second time that they have screwed up my order but tonight I'm not going to let them get away with this one because I'm not going to even eat anything that's how mad and upset I am. I will take the food back and show them what they gave me hopefully they will refund something back to me. They are going to lose a long time paying customer. Also the drive-thru was crowded ...... Very disappointed, very dissatisfied, this time I will not throw my food in the trash. I will definitely return to this KFC and bring the food back and prove what they did to me and my family.......

My wife and I just ate take out from the KFC on lemmon Ave in Dallas. We were there to take advantage of the $10 bucket on Tuesday. We got home to discover that our chicken was soggy. We got 4 drumsticks and 4 thighs-- no premium pieces. We also bought 2 sides that were very small and cost $2.99 each. That meal was a ripoff. My wife observed that this was the worst fast food meal we had ever had.

I visited this establishment at 5 pm on a Monday evening. The doors were closed and the drive thru said, "We not open yet." Never again. I don't even like this food, just came here for my sons birthday. Idk why he wanted KFC.
