I visited this establishment at 5 pm on a Monday evening. The doors were closed and the drive thru said, "We not open yet." Never again. I don't even like this food, just came here for my sons birthday. Idk why he wanted KFC.

This is actually a Taco Bell/ Kentucky Fried Chicken combo. When ordering Taco Bell, things go rather smoothly. The food is made correctly. It comes out fast and fresh and the cashier always ask if we want any sauce. They are good about putting napkins in the bag without having to ask..Now, as far as the Kentucky Fried Chicken, I have mixed reviews. I'll use the the "deals" I'm text every couple of weeks. The sides are okay for what it is. The Chicken has a tendency of being a bit old, I believe. The pieces I've ordered have been a bit rubbery. They do run out of chicken towards closing every time I've got there about 30 minutes before closing. I understand it may be hard to prep for this specific location with there being another fast food Chicken place almost across the street. This location has improved over the years, I actually quit going here fotca while. I am a bit more critical when it comes to this specific chain of restaurants because I did work at another location as well for the parent company, Yum that owns and Franchises out Taco Bell, KFC, Pizza Hut,etc for decades. I definitely would get with management and make sure they have enough items to last thru closing.

Bad service, I asked for an order and they gave me a different one. The chicken they gave me was very poorly prepared and had no seasoning or flavor. That fast food place does not serve it because of the bad taste I had. I would rather not return to that place than to buy junk fast food.
Placed an order via the app for pickup later in the day. I arrived to my order not completed at the scheduled time and had to wait 40 minutes for the food to be cooked. I received a “family” size mashed potatoes that was really just a small size put in a family size container. The apple pie poppers were burnt. The chicken was not hot so I’m not sure what took 40 minutes to cook. Based on this experience, I remember why I haven’t ate at KFC in years.

Went there today for a job interview at 2:00. It's a lady with glasses who was nice and said they're in a goggle meeting so I sit there until 2:30 got up and asked when was my interview going to start one lady was just ignoring me when I kept saying excuse me so. Then the manager for taco bell said she not hiring no one cuz I was interrupting their conversations.. So don't try and get a job here..
