It's a lady with glasses who was nice and said they're in a goggle meeting so I sit there until 2:30 got up and asked when was my interview going to start one lady was just ignoring me when I kept saying excuse me so. Then the manager for taco bell said she not hiring no one cuz I was interrupting their conversations.. So don't try and get a job here..

The 12 piece family bucket meal comes with 6 biscuits. They gave me 4 biscuits instead of 6 biscuits with the 12 piece bucket family meal. The food is not bad on the quality n taste but the number of biscuits are the problem.

This experience here in KFC was always great customer service. They actually do what a customer requests.Comparing this place here on leadbetter to compare the place on Lillinois Ave., does not satisfy the customer. They're very rude and disrespectful. They young management is awful, Untrained and unprofessional in regards to satisfying a customer.But again for Is Leadbetter avenue, Keep up the great work. You guys are awesome.

So freaking SLOW! You will always be asked to pull over to wait! Food is ALWAYS BURNT! Chicken bites will always be so burnt that there’s no chicken to eat! Same goes for the fries. You can’t ever get the actual drink you order. Even as a “paying, dine in customer”, you still can not use the restroom. Even while waiting “40 minutes” for more chicken!?Name on receipt “SARIBEL” but giving the name “KIARA” was so unbelievably just HORRIBLE!!!

I went to this place on Saturday morning September 9,2023 I ask the young lady in the drive thru if she could give me and my husband fresh fries and she responded they just cooked the fries ten minutes before we came then I tasted my chicken strip they were cold and also they gave old chicken to my husband so we ask if we could get fresh food she told us it is fresh so my husband just said ma'am just give us a refund we ask for a refund and she refuse to give us a refund and her and other people started locking the doors and slammed and locked the drive thru window so by the time I ran to the other side cause they was serving others from the other door the Manger had done came and she was very rude and unprofessional Atwell I called the police because they refuse to give refund by the time they gave refund and the police came the manager lied on me and said I scratch her and got me. Assault contact case please don't go to this place they are very rude and unprofessional don't have no good customer service at all.
