The Lady in the front office Ms Wynell is the best she welcome u in explain everything to you about the place before moving here she breaks everything down for u to understand about the apartments she very respectful and have a heart of Gold I think she needs to be the Manager I’m just thankful for my new place

DO NOT MOVE HERE !!!! They have rats and mice and all they do is patch the holes up just for the rats to chew right back through it. My stove hasn’t been working the entire time I lived here and maintenance STILL hasn’t showed to fix it and I’ve been here 4 months now, the plumbing is horrible; all the sinks and toilet gets stopped up every other day and smells really bad !!! I repeat DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!

Been here going on two years now and its been a nice experience, management is great and always helpful.

I love these apartments very quiet neighbors are nice both managers are very sweet people I give these apartment five stars. I love Miss wynell and miss Alex is so very nice.

Ms Wynell is A very nice and respectable person she talked on information. She knew what she was doing. Very nice person very well spoken understanding I really appreciated her.

It has everything you can ask for in an apartment it’s very spacious,they have nice and helpful staff members in all its a great place to live

DO NOT MOVE HERE I WARN YOU! This was the worst experience I’ve ever dealt with. They make the approval process quick just to get u in. The day i got my keys to move in, the apartment had RAT poop everywhere. I began to second guess myself because i thought i was tripping… me and my girlfriend began to move my items into the unit and we heard sqeeking all in the ceilings. BUT THAT WASNT EVEN THE WORST PART …i told my girlfriend to move the appliances and look behind them and there we saw a RAT behind the refrigerator. The next day i went to the office to receive my deposit back but was told I can’t get it back. DONT MOVE HERE.

I'm up All night hearing rats dig tunnels in my closet I had to stop my kids from staying with me cause more rats I catch the worse they got

These apartments are great! Ms.Wynell and Ms.Alice are awesome as soon as I walked in they both greeted me with a smile and was willing to help me I would recommend if your looking for a nice quiet place. Not to forget maintenance it’s also awesome

i wanna say thank you to the two woman that are in the office for helping and giving me chance to have my own place in my name for me and my kids. I dont have any problems with these apartments at all. When they say that they will make it happen they did they kept there word. They blessed me and my family.
this place has cleaned up alot. No one hanging outside late at night. They have after school stuff for kids where they feed them and have actives for kids. i had a recent eviction in july 2024 and they still gave me a chance with the move in special.
