Drive 40 minutes to a ghost kitchen, it should say a ghost kitchen, nobody want to take waffles home. So I get there and I'm like I'm going to order because I drove far and the kiosk is just showing me my face asking what company I'm picking up from, I guess you have to order first then come, I also tried to call twice but they have the phone going to voice-mail. Then there was a young lady which I'm old enough to be her mother asked if I needed help, I started asking her questions about the restaurant and she said she didn't know the hours or anything and I said so u really can't help me.. she got upset because why are u asking me can u help me when you know nothing about the company... if your going to be the first thing a customer sees you need to be dressed appropriate and be knowledgeable. Me and this lady almost had a fight cause how u mad because you don't know anything about this company... Also this location isn't downtown it's West dallas...

The waffle absolutely delish!! The lemon and ice tea delish!! The whole wings were delicious. This place is really good and my go to for chicken and waffles. Please give this place a try you will be hooked.

I've learned to wait at least 2 times before I write a review for a restaurant. Well, Kim's got a glowing review from my tastebuds both times. I tried the Little Kim. 3 wings and a waffle. It was SOOOO good. The waffle was fluffy and absolutely delicious. Reminded me of funnel cake and I love funnel cake. Now, let's get to the wings. I just tried the regular flavor and OMG. Perfect seasoning! I will absolutely order from them again. And again. And again.

The food is delicious, but the service sucks. I have had 2 orders from uber eats and grub hub canceled. I don't know what the issue is, but I have never had this happen before. They're professionalism needs a lot of work!

I have found my new favorite takeout in Dallas. Everything I tried was outstanding, including chicken & waffle, fish & fries, and these insane fried green beans. Every bite was seasoned and cooked to perfection. I don’t want to sound paranoid, but I think there was cr@ck in the waffle batter, because all I can think about is eating more and more of them.

I typically dont leave reviews but this waffle was so freaking good I had to comment. The chicken was flavorful and juicy too. I had the seasoned. Overall really good new spot to check out!

Mannnnnn this ish hereee, AMAZING!!! I’m very hard to please when it comes to food but THISSSSSS, smh, I’m DEFINITELY gonna b bk! I got the daily meal . Chicken tenders seasoned to perfection and the waffle with the powder sugar is soft and taste like funnel cake !!!! KIMMMMM ????????
