Knife Steakhouse offers an impressive high-end dining experience, especially if you're into dry-aged cuts. While I’m not personally a huge fan of dry-aged, I found their "new school" menu to be excellent. I ordered the short rib, sous-vide for 72 hours and then seared to create an incredible crust. The addition of chimichurri brought a perfect bite to balance the richness of the dish—simply fabulous.

Everyone made our anniversary dinner a most special occasion!

Our steaks were cooked to perfection, the desserts were extraordinary, and there is no better cocktail than the Knife Old Fashioned.

Dinner was a flat iron steak and creamed spinach. The steak was amazing, very tender and full of beef flavor, the char on it was especially good. The menu had a wide variety of cuisines. The drink menu was amazing as well. The place is expensive so keep that in mind. I will be back here for sure.
