Steaks were over seasoned and 2 of 4 were over cooked, once we were finally able to track down a server(it almost seemed like he was avoiding eye contact) we sent them back and they did come back better. Our pork belly app and salads were good, the sides were also not the greatest, all very heavy(lots of creamy and fried options). I was so looking forward to trying this since re-watching the old #TopChef seasons.
This restaurant is a hidden gem. I started with the bacon appetizer which was one of the best I’ve had. For my meal I chose the Wagyu Ribeye, and it was one of if not the best ones I have had. The drinks and service were top notch as well.
The only negative is the location. The restaurant is in a hotel which doesn’t match the upscale feel of the restaurants.
I will go back but won’t stay at the hotel again.
