My friend took me too this restaurant for the first time, as soon as I got out the car I knew I was in the right spot, just the BBQ smell alone was 😋. Got the loaded potatoe and ribs. Food was sooooo good I forgot to take a picture of the plate. Service was Great and food was quickly made. Price was right for wht we got. Literally can't wait too go back

Our first experience there wasn't good , the bake potatoe was over cooked the topping was ok , the chop beef sandwich wasn't properly chop or ground lager stringy pieces of meat sauce rather sweet . Will not return
This is not my first time eating Kooly’s BBQ but it’s my first time getting the chop brisket plate. I’m highly disappointed in the quality of the meat . It did not taste like it was smoked brisket and was not tender. It was absolutely terrible and disgusting. My niece looked at my food and thought it was chili.

I use to eat at this place some years back when they was in another location and the food was good and they gave you your moneys worth but this place here never again I pastor 2 churches in Dallas but I live in Little Elm Tx and I will never refer anyone to this place first off, they don’t accept any credit cards just cash only I ordered a real plate and it seemed like they gave me all the ends of the rib and it was tough. The potato salad was dry. Customer service was horrible. I stood at the window. I know at least seven minutes before someone even came out to take my order very unprofessional. I try my best to support black businesses but this one here I give a zero.

Fool me once shame on you. This establishment has got me about 3 times. First time I enjoyed my food. My Husband and Son love the potatoes minus the bacon bits. We were excited that first visit. Second was a bit shaky but this last time sealed the deal NAAAHHH you not gone get me for another $70 Cash‼️I tried but Nope. Mac n Cheese tastes like Velveeta Shells and Cheese so don't expect your Grandma's. Chopped beef is equivalent to a Sloppy Joe. They're not the most friendly so it's not like I will be missed or anything. I can eat the potatoes and brisket...will I go out of my way to have it NAAAHHH. Try it, you may like it but it's a pass for me

Absolutely terrible customer service.... usually on a phone while taking orders, or engaging in concerns other than you apparently trying to order.... I have been to pick up and had Uber Eats deliver..... THIS PLACE IS TOO EXPENSIVE TO MISS ON ANY ORDER.... literally spending $25 to $30 on one item and it not get prepared as paid for. Customer service is atrocious, answer the phone as if they are at home, and with sense of concern. I was told to explain my problem to Uber not them.....so it was expected for me to explain to uber why KOOLY's didnt prepare my food correctly?🤔..... supposedly black owned, again I have been duped into supporting blacc owned businesses that dont appreciate your hard earned dollar.... I have given this place a few chances, because HONESTLY THE FOOD IS GREAT, I wont lie about that.

We tried Kooly’s for the first time and it did not disappoint. This is the best bbq I’ve had in a long time. The flavor on the ribs taste amazing. We normally get our ribs dry, even the sauce is delicious. The Heavyweight was not hot. Nobody likes a cold potato. However, no more Terry Black, Pecan Lodge, Pappas, Records or Baby back Shaq for us. Kooly’s is our new stomping ground.
My go to spot for my favorite smoked chopped chicken nachos. But one thing for sure is you can't go wrong with the anything on the menu.
