The food is delicious and always fresh. We love the hot stone bowl, which tastes just like the ones we had in Busan. The owner and servers are very friendly and helpful, especially today’s server Ashton. We highly recommend Koriya!!

We have been coming regularly for multiple years. Food quality consistently amazing. They use coal instead of gas grill which makes a huge difference. Definitely a high end experience!
Just came back from eating here, let me say, the food was excellent, no doubt. The meat was very good and had great charcoal flavor. However, we were extremely put off by our waitress, some older Korean lady with glasses. She was extremely rude and unpleasant. She was mad that our 6th guest didn’t show up so it was only a party of 5, so she didn’t even ask us which rice type we wanted and just gave everyone the white rice option. I think she was disappointed she wasn’t going to be able to charge the service fee for 6 people. Furthermore, she kept pressuring us into ordering more food and appetizers, she wanted us to spend as much money as possible. This restaurant is extremely unprofessional. It is not nice to push your customers into ordering more dishes if they don’t want too.

Strip mall restaurant in a seedy area, set back in a bit so little difficult to find Sat promptly and given waters.
Really basic selection of alcohol so I chose not to drink
We ordered dumplings 1 steamed 1 fried the fried was FAR superior
We ordered chilled buckwheat noodles, absolutely disgusting. Offensive even
The glass noodles however were phenomenal
We ordered 4 or 5 different types of meat as their pre set packages for the table All the stuff that comes with it the pickled veggies and stuff noone touched. Or even knew what it all was
They cooked the meats with no love not letting them get charred we had to ask if we could do it ourselves. The marinated short rib was the only thing I'd go back for and those fried dumplings.

I was really excited to eat here, online they say the close at midnight I got there at 11 pm and they would not serve me. Pretty disappointed.
The food was good. I just wish there were more sauce options. The waitress was attentive and nice. We had a good time while she cooked our meats. The price is reasonable and the meat quality is good. The seafood pankcake was bland without the sauce but it was good with the sauce it came with. Overall we ate good and had a good time. Will come back
