They didn’t give me a latte they gave me a regular coffee with nothing in it. You had to go through drive through in order to get food they are refurbishing the inside

I bought six chocolate glazed donuts for $12.97. that's ridiculous. Didn't care for the chocolate glazed donuts way too. Sugary. I will not be returning. $22 a dozen hello people, this is Donuts.
No I didn't look at the menu. I just didn't expect to pay that much.

I’ve eaten at Krispy Kreme since I was a little kid. I think this location ships their doughnuts in and doesn’t make them fresh. Last night, I received hands down the worst doughnuts I’ve ever had.. genuinely. They were beyond cold and stale, just like a gas station doughnuts that’s been sitting for days. When I brought this to attention I was just told “i hope you have a better day.” Save your money especially when a 4 count costs $8+. Sad to see Krispy Kreme allow this and not care about their product anymore. Horrible location!!!

This place used to be good now it's just trash!
Overpriced stale doughnuts, lazy, ugly, employees that just don't care, and worst of all they turned it into a drive-thru only which was very dumb because people like to sit down and eat their donuts with tea! If they were smart they were closest place down and turned into a Starbucks at least then it would be worth coming to with good customer service!

Not what I expect but, it was ok . Can’t compete with Shipley’s donuts at all.

Drive through only, people that don’t speak English working drive through aka wrong order. Got the donuts and they might as well have been the quality of Albertsons or wal mart factory donuts.
Gross. No wonder the company seems to barely exist anymore.

I have a pretty decent drive and looked forward to getting filled donuts. Donuts don’t taste fresh. I made a mobile order for 6:15 and when I got there they told me they were going to replace all my filled donuts with glazed.. I told them I’d rather wait and they said I’d have to come back in 30 minutes. Insane.

One of the last remaining locations in the DFW metro but worth the drive for some warm and fresh donuts.

This is the closest Krispy Kreme to where I live and it's still two hours away. I've been here twice and both times it's been under construction with only the drive thru open to the public. And both times this location did not have the hot donuts they are supposed to during their advertised "hot light hours". In our latest visit, we pulled in and they told us it would be a five minute wait for fresh glaze donuts. We waited in the parking lot. Five minutes later, we pull back into the drive thru and are told it will actually be a 30 to 45 minute wait. Facing a two hour drive back home, we again waited in the parking lot. And once we did finally got the donuts, they were only slightly hot because the employee was forced to wait for the manager to make proper change, allowing the fresh donuts to sit in a box for an extra few minutes while we all continued to wait. I think I've had my last Krispy Kreme donut (at least at this location). They are clearly phoning it in and there are hundreds of other donut places who actually care about their product and their customers. The taste and novelty of getting a hot Krispy Kreme donut has lost it's luster for us and it's all due to our poor experiences at this one seemingly forever-under-construction lackluster location.

Lured in by the smell as I was walking into Central Market, I decided to do something I hadn’t done in years - get a single Krispy Kreme glazed donut. I ordered just one and I as I pulled up to the window, a smiling employee gave it to me and said “one hot glazed donut - free!” I was extremely impressed by the donut, but it was the small gesture of kindness, perhaps outside the range of what the company would like their employees to do, that made a lasting impact on me. I will be back, because of this act!
