VERY LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE!I placed an online order and when I got there (Drive thru only open) this woman employee with the glasses on tells me that someone else picked up my order. I told her that it can't be possible as I placed an order right before I pulled in the drive thru. She kept saying that someone already picked up my order and then her manager came with my doughnuts. This other woman with the glasses just turned her back on me as she was embarrassed. She was gonna send me back home w/o my order that I paid for. I told her how inconvenient it was and that I am gonna complain.Parking: This post is not about their parking, but their poor customer service.

Same unbelievable product. Just get plain glazed! Definitely would have preferred to eat inside rather than the car (traveling)...... Huge mess.......Covid is over. They have a huge dining room. No excuse except clear lazy greed.5 stars if they reopen the dining room.

Wish I had known I was drive thru only! This really ruined the whole “first Kristy Kreme experience” for my kids.The chocolate glazed tasted frozen. Glazed were warm and delicious.Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly due to no indoor seating.

Drive thru only. Unfortunately, someone left the dumpster door open propped with a cone. Was told to walk thru the drive thru to order. It's 45 degrees outside. Not going to happen.

It would be great if this location would offer curbside pickup/walk in for mobile pickup for online orders so you don't have to wait in the drivethru line for 10 minutes when you made the effort to order ahead.

I went to get my FREE CHOCOLATE LOVER'S DONUT, on National CHOCOLATE Day, but the inside of the establishment wasn't open. So, I walked up to the drive-thru, because I don't have a car. It took a few minutes of me banging on the window before a lady noticed me. But, I asked her if I could get my Free Chocolate Lovers Donut? But, she said that they were only giving out the Glazed Donuts. So, I said, that's not what my email says. So, I showed her my email, & she handed me a Hershey's Christmas Donut! It was so DELICIOUS!!A Thank you, Krispy Kream, for "this" chocolate lover's day, a lot better!!! #LOVEMESOMEKRISPYKREAM

Drive thru service was horrible. We asked the lady to give us a minute to review the menu and she did not respond. As we continued to order she had the WORST attitude you could hear her huffing and puffing. We wanted to make sure she had the order correct and she proceeded to raise her voice annoyed and simply said, “I already got it, you can move forward.”
