Less than spectacular. Went through drive thru, didn’t have all the donuts i wanted. Went to pay and they said the register was closed and just gave us the donuts. Normally I wouldn’t complain about free stuff, but these donuts were disgusting. Im seven months pregnant and was seriously craving these donuts! What a terrible experience.

I stopped at this location for the first time, right around noon today. I was greeted and felt very welcome as a customer by each staff member I passed. After applying my coupon the young lady who was cashiering handed it back, and with a smile informed me I may use it two more times. Oh, and the donuts were absolutely delicious!

I stopped by this location today about 3pm . They were cleaning the machines and only had one dozen donuts available for me to purchase even though I had wanted more . The gentleman was so nice , very apologetic and gave me the dozen donuts he did have at half price. Talk about making the customer happy and great customer service. Didn't get his name unfortunately, but he was an excellent example of how to value a customer. I will definitely be back to this location. Thanks

We stopped by when their hot light was on. When we went in they said they didn’t have any hot donuts. Ok fine, I can see how they could run out, but I could also see multiple racks of original donuts in the back. We asked if that meant we couldn’t have an original donut and the worker reiterated that they didn’t have any hot donuts. So, no free original donut for us. Even if it wasn’t a *hot* original donut I feel like they should honor their hot light deal since they DID have original donuts.

The girl at the drive thru (Lindsay) was very rude first i asked for a second on the speaker and i guess she forgot her headset was one and said "u said just a second" then at the window she took the money in a bad way then gave change back almost throwing it at my hand.

The employees at Krispy Kreme are so nice! And the donuts were so good as well. I will definitely visit there again.

Went there Sunday at 6 pm it looked closed pulled into the drive through and ordered a dozen glazed pulled up and the guy said they have no donuts. Really ?!?! That's all You sell is donuts!!! Pulled up watched him go sit in the dining room! Looks like this place has been this way for years. Come on @krispykreme get it together.

It was my first time at a krispy kreme. Was trying to order a dozen of the original without glaze to reduce the amount of sugar.Because their official twitter said you could if their hot sign was on.The lady who was already being rude, told me they don’t do that and proceeded to offer me what I was avoiding.Well I guess it was all a lie. Gas wasted.Time and date of visit: 8:40am, May 30,2022.From the other reviews I can tell they don’t read their reviews it’s been the same problem for over 2 years.

Come on...what can I say...you just can't go wrong with these donuts. Great selection. Always great service. YUMMY. I want some more now?

Donuts are good but not as good as Nelson's donuts I grew up with. At home heat up for 10 seconds in microwave makes them better. They get hard when cold

Krispy Kreme on Marsh Lane is the worst location. Order online stated ready at 6:15, now 6:32 still waiting. Rude customer service!!!! Poor communication skills! Emailed and called corporate, of course free dozen coupon in the mail yet that was not what I was calling for. I just would like to know what happened to, good morning, unfortunately your order will be 20plus minutes before it's ready or we can send you on your way now with this instead? ‍ By the way after I suggested we just take whatever was ready 20 minutes later, we left with donuts.

All I can say is don't do it! Place opens at 6am, no other doughnuts on display other than a tray of minis and a few glazed and it's 7am! Not to good on the attitude as well! In order to run an established good business with good reviews starts with the Management and trickles down to the employees, so with that being said my money will not be spent at Krispy Kreme even though I didn't spend any when I went, I'm just reassuring it with this review!

Good service. Quality donuts like themselves have always distinguished themselves, but above all they have very friendly employees. If you are on a "Road Trip" in Dallas, do not leave without first visiting this establishment, my favorite since 2018.

Great and friendly service! They made my two little boys feel extra special by taking the time to show them how the donuts are made!

Poor customer service, terrible work ethic and lack of compassion for others. Plenty of donut stores in Dallas. Skip this Krispy Kreme and help small businesses instead. They won’t let you down and are happy for your patronage.I arrived with my two young kids for breakfast at 7:20 am and wanted to take them in to have a seat and dine inside. Online and at the door it says dining area open at 6:00 am. Nowhere does it say they are closed inside and only have drive through. When we stepped out of the car a young employee dipped out of sight and an older woman who was working on making donuts saw but turned her head back around and looked anywhere but where we were.I pulled the handle and the door on the side was locked but with no indication of them being closed, we moved on to the front door and again, it was also locked. I looked for I sign or anything that said differently than the store hours had specified and saw none.I knocked on the door but the older woman kept looking away from us and ignored the fact that my children and I were standing in the cold early morning. I repeated to knock, thinking that maybe she has music playing too loud rather than ignoring a family outside in the cold. 4th time to knock, she turned around with a sigh and aggravated look on her face. She then proceeded to make a gesture as if she was driving and cut throat as if to say inside closed and we needed to get back in the car and go through the drive through.I tried to point out that she needed to at least put up a sign that stated this so customers wouldn’t need to go through what we did this morning.
