I witnessed a borderline hate crime from the attendant...Black haired short Caucasian woman working the self checkout disparaged and ridiculed a very aged senior citizen man over him asking for his change (14 cents!) this woman should NOT be working with the public. I encourage you to review your tapes!

I come here normally and have noticed one older lady that is supposed to help in the self checkout area is very unprofessional. From her unnecessary attitude towards customers and her personal hygiene (breath smelled from feet away). Not pleasant

Heights of Unprofessionalism. They cancel pick up order without any explanation or text which is their mode of communication to confirm. Luckily happened to check email. This kroger has done this multiple times whenever there is 2 case of 40 bottled water, don’t advertise if you do not want to sell. Most times they cancel right when you have to go for pick up, at times it’s too late to schedule pick up with other kroger. They should not participate in pick up orders if they can’t fulfill it so other ppl’s time are not wasted.

If you don’t mind expired meat, old produce, poor customer service, self check only, and questionable deli/bakery then this is the place for you.
The store is always dirty. I don’t see how this store continues to stay in business.
They close all but one entrance at 7pm to prevent theft but i who would want to steal anything from this store. They barely have anything to begin with.
This store is in desperate need of a makeover or a maybe just needs to be bulldozed down. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.
If you do decide to shop here, make sure you double check the sale by dates on everything you buy. I ended up buying coconut milk that had expired two months ago.

Update: grated cheese 2lb $4.99! Mushrooms small can $1.69 competition W $.99 (5 ) 12packs soft drink $20 (less than 3c oz!) Update: a large bag of chicken nuggets was on sale for a decent price there were 12 bags there and after looking, the bag was a different size which means that the sale tag right in front of them is invalid
Today 16.9oz brand soda was 52% higher than its real sale price, 2 ltr brand soda 25% higher than a real sale price, (5) 12pack brand soda was 10% off its normal sale price. Now go shop.

BEST KROGER on the planet! I live in Chicago but I frequently come to Dallas and I shop here! Much better than other ones... Always clean! VERY professional and classy staff!!!!! (Although the young lady at the meat counter is always looking at me and staring. She sometimes follows me around when she sees me). Otherwise, this store is PHENOMENAL.
Additionally, they have an AWESOME team that works at the customer service counter; with the exception of PATRICIA.
DAVID, LADY "D", and JAMAR are EXTREMELY professional. Love, love, love, going there; just to see their FACES.
