Worst experience ever, Waitress said it was to late to be serve. I was celebrating a birthday. Why would she do this. They must be doing very good, with all this pandemic to turn down paying customers. It was a party of 8 adults and 5 kids. I wouldn't recommend this place with rude and lazy staff. Im pretty sure they would of made $200 or more of me. Anybody that knows me please think about it before going there.

Will not go back. We had the all you can eat. Food was mediocre, service was terrible. The waitress did not ask if we wanted cocktails before dinner, we had to ask for drinks with our food. She had trouble describing what the different items from the selection. She did not make any attempt to explain how to cook the meats. Concept could be a good idea, but not implemented well

Did K's House close down? I went last Saturday around 8:30pm and the doors were locked. Was really looking forward to eating some good Korean BBQ.

Bad customer service! It says on Yelp, Google AND their voicemail that they’re open until 9:30 but cancels order or doesn’t welcome late diners. Literally closed before 9pm AFTER accepting my UberEats take out order that I placed around 8:05. Smh.

I usually don't post bad reviews without trying the food first but I'm very hangry and my experience was quite upsetting. I placed an Uber Eats order with K's House at (around) 8:05 and have been checking on the updates of my food. My order had been accepted and prepared by the restaurant but the est. arrival time changed from 8:55 to 9:15 after a few mins later. No prob, I can wait a lil longer for food. Checking for an update again closer to 8:45 and it said that a delivery driver (Marcus) was otw to pick it up. I get a notification at 9:02 saying my order had been canceled. When I checked my canceled receipt, it showed that the order was canceled at 8:16 which isn't true coz I didn't get a notification then. I called the restaurant to see if they canceled it but I kept going to voicemail even though Yelp, Google AND their voicemail states they're open until 9:30PM. After speaking to an UE customer rep, I found out that the deliver was canceled by the driver because the restaurant was CLOSED. I'm just really disappointed because I was super hungry and they decided to close even tho they had an order? Would have understood if the driver was late but I literally wasted an hour of my time instead of getting food myself.

30 bucks for all you can eat. The food is amazing. The waitress and the people working there were so kind and efficient. They made sure you weren't out of anything. The location is on a shopping strip so if you crave ice cream or beer you can go walk around the area. If you live in the apartment complex on top you get a discount!

They added 21.00, on a 135.00 bill, 15.00 for a 76.00 bill and 11.98 76.00 bill for gratuity. each bill had 2 people on it. The food is just ok. the entire restaurant is 30.00 per person to eat. it is a all you can eat. the experience was nice, but the stealing on the gratuity was not.

Everything tasted so fresh and flavorful! My husband and so ordered the fried wings with mango sauce - I wish I could buy the sauce by the jug, it was AMAZING! We also had the Beef Bulgogi Bibimbap and kimchi veggie fried rice. We will be back! Everything was so good and very large portions.

What’s crazy is that I’ve never physically gone to this restaurant yet. I have however, recently ordered from this place for an entire week straight. Amazing food that has the authentic taste I’ve been craving. They followed my notes I left on Uber and the portions are great! Definitely try it out if you haven’t. I usually get the samgyetang, pork ribs, bulgogi (every type), extra banchan, rice, chicken wings, broccoli, and the japchae.

This place was a huge let down from the moment we walked in. The waitress for our table only checked on us one time after getting our waters and did not come back to retrieve our orders for a very long time. I had to get up and ask another waitress for some help. After that, when our food came over, our waitress did not explain to us the BBQ process and just started adding food to the table and touched the surface of the grill with her gloves on that she touched everything else with (the cart, the meat, the plates). The utensils to cut the meat with were dirty and dull as well. After cooking our first round of meat, it took the waitress a very long time to come and switch out the grill, and it continued to burn to black. We ordered a side of kimchi fried rice, took one bite and did not enjoy the taste of it, it tasted burnt. We asked to get it exchanged but our waitress did not understand why. After a lot of going back and forth, she insisted on saying that it was "our problem" and not the restaurant's. We left.Horrible customer service, never coming back.

I've tried almost everything on this menu and I love it all! Some of the best wings in town, delicious bibimbap, and authentic kimchi jiggae.

Awesome Korean food! Will definitely go back for more. Great price point and we were super impressed with the food quality. The place is pretty big so we had no problem walking in without a reservation. Staff was super friendly and attentive.
