I have not been to KFS but it is one of my friends favorite places. I have read about how friendly and accommodating the bartender always treats his customers. I needed an itemized receipt for an expense report and called. Alfonso was helpful and so friendly. Alfonso Ramos, you are a gem and a reflection of what customer service looks like.

First time there and it was a fun little bar and we came on the right day when Sundays are free play for their arcade games(except a couple) but the bartender was really friendly and cool and the ace cider I had was really refreshing.

Went to Dallas location one night used my card for a tab and then paid cash Bartender kept the cash and still billed my card. Phone rings but no one to answer or return phone calls and credit card company won’t help since I didn’t wait for a receipt for cash payment? This has got to be the worst customer service I’ve ever received they have lost a gamer for life for their negligence or haphazard phone policy( where no one answers or returns the call)

I had a blast!! We accidentally found this spot... It was perfect for my son and fiance's visit to the city!!! I'm a bit older than the crowd, and I still had fun.. dancing was the best, loved the DJ!!!

Overall 5/5: Great vibe in here. Love the music and energy. It is super chill in there. Cheap drinks and a really great time. The staff is great and super fast! The idea and draw of this bar is great. I love the old school arcade games, board games, and outdoor games. With that being said, if that is your main draw then your games have to work. There were multiple games we tried that didn’t work. One of the basketball games didn’t work correctly. The outside large connect 4 was jammed, so you couldn’t play. This would be a must do for us in Dallas if everything was taken care of.
