I always get regular tapioca pearls every time I order instead of brown sugar Boba even when i pay more to get the brown sugar š The service is fast though
Drink was good but the time I spent waiting for my drink was around 30 minutes. This place is very understaffed & busy. Will not be coming back.
I have been an extremely loyal customer of KFT for the past four years, visiting 2-3 times a week and even earning a black belt on the KFT app. This location used to be my absolute favorite, consistently making the best drinks in the entire metroplex. However, everything changed a few months ago when the shop was resold to a new owner.
The warning signs were apparent during my last visit with the previous team. The old employees, who were always friendly and efficient, all quit because of issues with the new ownership, and it seems their departure has had a dramatic impact on the quality and service at this location.
I finally decided to give the shop another try today, and unfortunately, my experience was deeply disappointing. I always order in advance, and in the past, my drink would be ready promptly, usually even before the designated time. Today, my drink was 25 minutes late. It wasnāt even finished until 20 minutes after the promised timeā30 minutes after I placed my order!
The staff seemed overwhelmed, understaffed, and, frankly, rude. The shop itself was in poor condition, with dirty floors covered in waterāsomething Iāve never seen before. Adding to the unease, I saw someone deliver groceries for the boba shop from a local store, including lactose milk. 4 grocery bags of lactaid milk from some dude who walked through the front door at 7:42 PM in sweats. Isnāt KFT supposed to source ingredients from approved distributors? This felt unprofessional and questionable.
Iām devastated that my go-to boba shop has gone downhill so drastically. The atmosphere, service, and drink quality that once made this place special are now completely gone. For anyone seeking great boba in the area, I recommend Feng Cha in Lower Greenville instead. I will not be returning to this KFT location.
Also, the drink was terrible. Same drink Iāve ordered for almost half a decade. Barely any boba toppings (they were generous before) and lacking flavor for the amount of sugar I indicated.

I recently visited Kung Fu Tea in Dallas and was quite disappointed with my experience. Firstly, the wait time was excessively long. I waited over 15 minutes for my drinks, and there was a huge crowd of people waiting as well. It was clear that the place was severely understaffed, which only added to the chaos. The staff seemed overwhelmed and the entire operation felt very disorganized. Overall, it was a frustrating experience, and I hope they can improve their service in the future.
Consistently good drinks. The only thing inconsistent is sometimes how low they fill your drinks especially on Ubereats orders.
Havenāt been in a few years and the price has increased a lot to almost $8 just for a medium size drink š¬ boba isnt even included anymore in drinks unless you pay extra! The Thai tea was so nasty š
-Boba always extra here!
Strong 6.5/10 drink here. Flavor is somewhat thorough, and boba is above average. Value is mid here.
I had the honey oolong milk tea with boba, I recommend
7/10 decently fast and friendly service
The best!!
Excellent service
Iāve had better tea in other places. Itās was okay.

Had the weirdest experience here recently. I have a caffeine insensitivity but love boba so I asked them if they could sub water as the base instead of tea like I had gotten at this location just the other day, but this time they said they canāt do that and then I spoke with the manager, Jon, and he said the same thing about not being able to modify drinks. If you have a health condition that prohibits you from drinking caffeine or you just prefer to customize your drink order, I highly recommend Magic Cup. They are sweet, have cheaper and tastier drinks, and you can customize anything! Save your money and go somewhere that values customer service
The staff here is amazing ? makes you feel special.
My husband and myself love this place. My favorite is the Oreo slush extra Oreos delish?
