Extremely greasy food and incorrect orders.
My Uber Eats order for stuffed pastries and fried plantains arrived absolutely saturated in oil. The pastries were filled with an ingredient I didn't choose, completely disregarding my selection. With every bite, oil squirted out. As for the plantains, they were literally swimming in grease, so soft they disintegrated when I tried to pick them up with a fork—utterly inedible, like mushy spaghetti. I had no choice but to discard them. (See images.) This restaurant clearly has a good base flavor and significant potential, but they must improve their frying process by properly draining items before delivery.
This was my third time coming here, very disappointed, they only had one server. And only one table was open so place was busy. We ordered chicken soup which did not taste fresh at all, the pupusas I ordered were burnt. And there were flies flying around. The only redeeming thing was the aguas frescas.
amazing little shop, great people inside and amazing food. hope this place survives
Best authentic Salvadorean food in town! Try their pupusas mixtas (pork, beans, cheese); trust me, you won't be disappointed.
Decent place to eat at especially the pupusas
Happened upon this place with a friend and EVERYTHING was delicious. Highly recommend the pork & cheese pupusas, chicken tamales, and horchata. And the prices are amazing! I can’t wait to go back!
It's good but overpriced.

I have been frequenting this restaurant for 5 years, the last year, what is the food, the service and the atmosphere. It has declined a lot, today I spent 20 minutes waiting for someone to help me, and no one approached us. The last few times the food has been bad, the pupusas more flour and the edges raw, the service terrible. And the atmosphere has much to be desired since all Salvadoran restaurants at least play music allusive to El Salvador, be it merengue at least, but you only hear whaleto, joropo and other music. I know all this because I frequented this place.

They leave you waiting too long for your food, they say it will take a certain amount of time and you wait up to 20 minutes longer than they tell you.

I ordered a “seafood” I understand that it comes creamy but what I received was a broth that looked like milk with water. The taste was horrible, the fish looked like it was not cooked and super old. I spoke to see if I could exchange it for something else, they said no. The pupusas I ordered were a bit doughy. I do not recommend this place…. Money wasted
