We enjoy coming here to eat, but unfortunately one of the staff members consistently comes across as rude. I’m not sure what her role is, but her customer service could definitely be improved, as she doesn’t seem very approachable or people-oriented. There have also been a couple of times where she could have made our visit more enjoyable, but instead she was rude and unpleasant to interact with.

I’m not gonna lie the food was good i originally came in only wanting to get drinks but my girlfriend said she was hungry so we ordered tacos to share , and they were made fresh and they were good but the price was really high , we ordered 3 tacos one small horchata and one large one and we paid $21.90 cents which seems ridiculous to me for such a small amount of food. The guy that gave us our order did seem kinda bothered because we were there , when we got there we did notice he was cleaning so im not really sure if we was upset at us for going in while he was cleaning but he gave us our food to go without even asking us if it was for there or to go which kinda stunned me but still , besides the high price and I wouldn’t call it rude but it was sorta ignorant service from the staff the food was really good.

Warning the horchata contains peanuts
Despite asking and being told it doesnt.
The waiter with glasses was careless and ignoring my table asking for the ingredients while I was having an allergic reaction. They were snappy and kept talking over us. We finally got the ingredients from the packaging and it had peanuts as one of the top ingredients. The menu has no allergen list. They still made us pay when I was trying to rush out to get medication so I didn't die.

Food is a little shy but the service is poor and prices are waaay up there. Watch your receipt because they will add charges you did not order .

“Excellent experience at this restaurant. The food was delicious, with authentic flavors and well presented. The cozy atmosphere made our visit even better. I want to highlight the impeccable service of Roxana, who was attentive, kind and very professional. We will definitely be back soon! Highly recommended.”

It's like a Hispanic restaurant had the variety of a store, with the hospitality of a house.
A welcome environment which feels comfortable. There are a lot of different aguas frescas and regular drinks.

I always order the bread with chicken, the waiter told me chicken sandwich, and I kept insisting on bread with chicken. They should call the dish what it is. But now the sauce on the bread with chicken was spicy, have they changed the recipe? I don't eat spicy, and the truth is that it takes away from the taste of being a Salvadoran bread. Very sad
