Pretty pissed off at this place, right now. Walk in and it smells like GARBAGE - I ask the cashier what is up and she says they just cleaned out a fridge (not sure what was going on, but it smelled TERRIBLE).
Anyhow, I order a banana cloud latte and after 20 minutes and multiple people have been served who came after me, I ask why it's taking so long. They say that it's because they are still waiting on the banana cloud to be made.
How long did they want me to wait? Like I was going to sit there ANOTHER 20m for a coffee? Very annoyed - not coming to this location ever again.

I went earlier today in the evening and was met with great service from the boy in front! I wasn’t sure if I wanted to get coffee from this location because I had met a rude manager of some sort named Karen but I had a pleasant experience with him instead. I forgot to ask for his name but he was so sweet! Also, great coffee!!

I recently tried the Keith Lee Matcha, and I have to say—it completely exceeded my expectations. The flavor is smooth, vibrant, and perfectly balanced, with none of the bitterness you get from lower-quality blends. Truly a top-tier matcha experience.

I love how they will leave the top off my drink so I can see the coffee art. It's just really amazing to experience. I'm so happy this s'mores latte is back!!!!
