I tried the holiday menu. The s’more latte was good but they are really busy. It takes 25 minutes for one cup of iced latte. And they always misspelled my name although I always tell them spelling of my name or show my name on my credit card

Went in and expected to be blown away by the amount of good reviews on here. Espresso is burnt and can’t even get the toppings right for drinks. Paying $8 for a coffee drink where they take out half the toppings is such a shame. Service is very lackluster as well.
Also a whole dollar upcharge for alt milk is wild especially now that Starbucks charges 0.

I’m a huge la la land fan but this location has let me down recently. I think this is the only location I’ve been to where the workers are consistently rude. the last few times I’ve ordered for pick up, my order isn’t ready and doesn’t get packed like the other orders or I get attitude from the person in charge of to go orders for asking about mine. I waited 10 minutes past my pick up time yesterday for an avocado toast that I was picking up on my break from work. I asked the to go girl if she knew when it would be ready because I had my drinks and was just waiting for the toast for over 10 minutes. She seemed extremely annoyed that I asked even though I held my tongue for 10 minutes until it felt appropriate to ask, she said “I literally don’t know” and turned away from me. I tried cancelling the order but she said they were “working on it right now.” I had a similar experience last time I came in too. Not sure if it’s just the to-go people that are unhappy or if it’s me specifically that they have an issue with but I’m like scared to order ahead here again. Will have to switch to starbucks on greenville until the new location opens on henderson

Yikes. Don’t come here on a Saturday. We placed a mobile order for toast and matcha lattes.
It’s been over an hour we’re waiting. People are piled into the pickup counter making it impossible to know if our order is ready without squeezing through.
Highly recommend working to streamline this process. A screen that shows whose order is ready would be incredibly helpful here. I will say, the products are good. Drinks and food excellent.

Place is super cute, people are kind, and drinks are good. HOWEVER, the two times I have been here the wait has been absolutely ridiculous. This second time, from the point of stepping in the store to getting our 3 drinks was over an hour and 10 minutes!! Please please please hire some more people or an efficiency consultant or something!!
