The amount of employees huddling and chatting while customers waited for orders not acceptable. Staff literally holding beverages mid conversation with no effort for completion would concern me as an owner. Recommend valuing the time of your patrons.

The atmosphere is cute and lovely. The staff were friendly and attentive. I ordered the avocado toast with chili flakes and the banana cream matcha. The matcha was okay - a bit watered down and I couldn’t really taste any banana. The toast was good the first few bites and then the chili flakes became prominent and I couldn’t finish it. I also got sick for like 3 days after eating here.

I placed a mobile order for a coffee and was really disappointed with how things turned out. Not only did they leave off the soft top I specifically asked for, but they also filled the cup with ice—even though I requested light ice. When I politely brought it up, the staff member simply added the soft top without remaking the drink or acknowledging the mistake. I felt completely dismissed and ignored. Unfortunately, this kind of customer service makes it easy to decide—I won’t be returning to this location.

Whether it’s a simple drip coffee or something more fancy, it always comes out perfect. She’s quick, friendly, and makes the whole coffee shop feel warm and welcoming. If you see Chasity behind the bar, you’re in good hands!
