Went for a cup of coffee and was told "were not doing any house coffee at the moment" which was strange given that it's a coffee shop. Luckily espresso products were still available so we just had that. Seating arrangement is awkward, with a bunch of couches laid out in a big square, so sitting with someone feels like you're in a living room. The big sofas were even stained and dingy. Give them a shot though, maybe they're just having a bad day or something.

I'm not gonna lie, usually these cafes creep me out a bit with their overperforming "kindness". I know it's their branding and all, but I just want my matcha lol. Regardless this one was nice and chill, matcha was good per usual. I don't really recommend the toast unless you are starving, they're pretty big, but not the best in taste. The main selling point here is almost definitely the matcha lattes. The regular cloud is a classic but the vanilla cream is great too!

Wasn’t welcomed in, when it wasn’t busy. No one helped us with the menu. Lots of workers but no one was being productive. Looked at the pastries and there were gnats on them. Coffee was subpar, and lukewarm. Workers were in such a hurry to do nothing that our cups were served with our lids not on properly secured on.

I stopped in here for the first time this morning and my experience was underwhelming. I ordered a drip coffee and asked for a pump of lavender. She charged me for it, but when I got to my car and on the road, I realized that she left it out. Maybe if she wasn't so busy catching up with her friend that worked there she would have got the order right.
Loved visiting La La Land Kind Cafe. Their coffee options are super unique, so I suggest branching out and trying some of their unique coffee options. Definitely recommend visiting one of their locations in the Dallas area!

I saw a few La La Land Kind Cafes while in Dallas and was finally able to try it on our last day before flying out. The ambiance of the cafe is really cute and cheery. The baristas were very nice and also helpful when I was asking some questions. I ended up ordering the La La Latte because of their signature la la froth on top which is creamier than your typical foam. I ordered it hot but they accidentally made it cold, which wasn't a big deal. It was a really nice pick me up for me and I liked how creamy it was. Definitely one of the better lattes I've tried and I'd definitely go back again!

Earlier today, I had the pleasure to be able to come to this place. This was my first time there and it was amazing. The service was A1, the atmosphere was perfect and let's not forget the food and drinks. It was one of those places where if you ever been to California, it was like having a California experience.The young ladies who work there had some of the best customer service I have ran into and a while and it was a natural kindness, not a kindness that made them seem like an AI. I see a really bright future for these young ladies. Keep doing what you doing, you rock. And always remember I always tell people, kindness is free.
