Pastries never miss! Norali and SJ are the best. Great place to valet, have a nice brunch and then walk to Klyde Warren Park with the family. Highly recommend.

Absolutely horrible ordering experience… was so bad I thought about leaving but I’ve heard great things and wanted to try this for lunch. It smelled amazing but the front lady (no name tag, had glasses, and a brown bob with blonde/caramel highlights, 40-50s) was so rude- didn’t listen to our orders, said they didn’t have things they clearly had, wouldn’t reply to questions such as “what are the sides” and just point sassily to the menu above and remain silent, when asked what type of bread options she just said “there aren’t options, there’s either bread or no bread”- overall terrible front ordering lady. We even thanked her for working on Labor Day! The other staff were helpful to other customers

I ordered two DOUBLE cappuccinos, and both tasted like milk with barely any coffee flavor. When I brought this to the staff's attention, they only issued a refund for one of the coffees and refused to remake the second one, because I drank some of it. This lack of customer service is unacceptable. I won’t be returning to this place and definitely wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a good cup of coffee.

Feb 29/2024 around 2:30pm. I ordered for lunch their chicken rice and green beans. I wend to pick up and realized it was not what I had ordered - instead of green beans it was mashed potatoes. The sales person said they do not have what I had ordered. They had my phone nr but no one called me to ask if I was ok with the change. They even did not apologize for what had happened.
She said she can give some Cesar salad instead and I agreed.
I picked up and went to eat in the office - when I opened the box was smelling so bad. The food was spoiled- rice was smelling very bad and the salad was so old that was not eatable (left overs). In the end very bad service and very bad food.

Hey y’all, as a Google local guide I’d like to share my exp with this place. My wife and I went to this La Madeleine and we chose this place because of the location. I was wondering if we would be able to find parking and etc. They have an easy parking garage inside the building, or you can use valet. We ordered some paninis and soup with both were awesome. It’s a very pleasant environment, cool staff… and the area is super inviting for those looking for a more corporate option. There are many corporate buildings around and this is a great restaurant for lunch.
