I walked out of my way to get a coffee here because it looked so cozy but when I asked for milk I was just told “we’re out” like it was completely normal. So you’re a cafe, and at 9:45 on a weekday morning you are completely out of milk. Weird.

Not good at this location and they were out of several items especially new seasonal items which is on their menu. My entree barely had broccoli which was overcooked and my chocolate almond croissant was hard cold not fresh. They need to fix their issues. I never have issues at the Irving location.

I didn’t want to give any stars but it forced me to give one!! I will NEVER come back to this location again!!! I ordered the pick three lunch. I wanted a chicken Ceasar salad sandwich and a cup of potato soup. I asked for my sandwich to be on croissant bread and the girl working the register said they don’t do that. I told her I get it all the time at other locations and the manager (who looks like he has a hygiene problem) chimes in to say other locations may do special orders but we do not. I just said okay I’ll take whatever bread it comes with. When I got back to my office and opened my meal I was floored. They gave me no utensils and my sandwich bread was a brick with old brown lettuce and a burnt taste. I put the sandwich to the side and said I’ll just eat my soup. The soup tastes so old and gross!!! The girl at the register only gave me a side of cheese. Zero bacon and the cheese was so old it was orange!!! I am so upset I wasted my money on this trash. I love Le Madeleines but I’m never going back after this experience.

We ordered catering for a breakfast meeting and everything was fabulous! Our delivery person arrived early and was eager to go to the floor our meeting was being held and set everything up. The food was delicious - we did assorted pastries, croissants, and fresh fruit. Great service!!!

Ok so, I’m giving this location 4 of 5 stars because the food and services are great, but c’mon man, no breads to go with our soup? Every other Le Madeline I have been to offers complimentary bread. Otherwise, nice spot to go for lunch. The place is clean and the service I experienced was fantastic.

Walked in and instantly felt that cozy café energy. 🇫🇷🔥

It’s got that rustic French bakery vibe chill, warm, and smells like fresh-baked bread and butter.

I grabbed a pastry and a sandwich, both solid. Nothing over the top, but the quality and vibe make it worth it.

Great stop for a light meal, solo chill, or quick breakfast/lunch date.

Came in for lunch with coworkers and we all ordered a sandwich with a side. After waiting for 20 plus minutes our orders kept getting skipped by people who had ordered after us.

This place is a hidden gem. Would of never known there a restaurant here. Wondered in due to being on vacation here in Dallas and loved the architecture of the building. The name La Madeleine intrigued us and we are plenty impressed. Especially with Guadalupe. She was incredibly helpful and attentive and so friendly. The French Dip we ordered was amazing, juicy and the Caesar salad that accompanied it was perfect. The price was better than expected to. Overall, loved our visit.

Today we ordered from here to be delivered for lunch for 5 people. Delivery was quick, everything was packaged well, and all orders were correct, nothing missing or messed up. The food presentation was good, as well was the flavor. Everyone liked what they ordered, I ordered the Croque Monsieur with Tomato Basil, Pesto Pasta, sandwich was very good, would order again. Thanks for the great experience la Madeleine!

Food was good and came out in an orderly manner. Atmosphere is good. Table was wobbly. The young African American lady was terribly rude when bringing over the food. She whispered the food she brought, just looked at us and left the food at the end of the table and walked off as if we did something wrong. Our table just looked awkwardly at each other after that exchange. Otherwise a good experience but I think management needs to address that particular employee.

I can’t believe this is half a sandwich that cost $9. Really sad, for the price of this sandwich I should get a whole sandwich.I do like their desserts, but I am very sad with their portion size for the price. The staff is very friendly and the place is always clean, but I am sad about the price. I understand with inflation and rising price, I think we can do better.

I do not recommend this specific location. Less than half the menu items are available at this location. Waste of a drive. I did not place an order and will not be back
