Amazing place for breakfast. The croissants, pains au chocolat and baguette were all excellent. The service is very friendly. A lovely place.

I can’t believe this is half a sandwich that cost $9. Really sad, for the price of this sandwich I should get a whole sandwich.I do like their desserts, but I am very sad with their portion size for the price. The staff is very friendly and the place is always clean, but I am sad about the price. I understand with inflation and rising price, I think we can do better.

I do not recommend this specific location. Less than half the menu items are available at this location. Waste of a drive. I did not place an order and will not be back

Food burnt. Not a good example of this company at all. So sad I didn't read reviews before going in.Not the la Madeline I know and love.

Food was good and came out in an orderly manner. Atmosphere is good. Table was wobbly. The young African American lady was terribly rude when bringing over the food. She whispered the food she brought, just looked at us and left the food at the end of the table and walked off as if we did something wrong. Our table just looked awkwardly at each other after that exchange. Otherwise a good experience but I think management needs to address that particular employee.

Terrible customer service at the register. I found a hair in my food. I ordered my breakfast without bacon and they gave me bacon. I let the cashier know and she said “it’s ok” . She got angry because I asked for another fruit cup to go with my original order. I love la Madeline and I go to other locations but this one just has terrible customer service.

I have never been embarrassed in my entire life the way that employee treated us was disgusting. Never will I ever purchase anything in this place so only because of some employee who was not well informed what the customers were actually doing. Story: My sister went up to the front to purchase what she called the "best pastries in the entire world". We came in through the line together. I said to my sister "you know what let's do this get me a chocolate croissant I'll get momma and my sister in the table and we will wait for you then we will head then to the gate". My mom is 80 and my sister just got through chemo (not relevant to the story) but I hope it gave you a perspective on the energy my family had that morning. We had just walked through TSA and my mom and sister were both tired. Before we sat down the man came out and said "I am sorry you can't sit here, this is for customer only". I smiled and said "good morning I know you don't know this because you just walked out but we came in with my sister and she purchasing something". He said "but you're not so I will need you to get out with your Whataburger". I smiled and said "again you don't know what's going on let me explain, we are all together and my sister is getting all of our order, we don't plan on eating here, thank you." He said "I don't care you need to get out". I said "what's your name I am going to need it" to which he answered "I will not! you get out". I said " I need it because you are being extremely rude" he said "no I am not I am simply doing my job". Again. I have never been embarrassed in my entire life. I asked my sister to only order herself something because we didn't need anything. I will never come to this place. I travel all the time. I will tell everyone I know the experience I and my family received. (This was not on a busy morning the place was empty)

Was very disappointed today. Our orders placed was only enough to serve a child. The bread was hard and big. The pasta was dry and sticky. This is not La Madeline l am use to. It has been a very long time since l was there. I was excited to know a friend and were going there for lunch. We wasted our money definitely and l highly doubt l will be going back to any LA Madeline again. We were at the location downtown Dallas. The one on Lemmon Ave closed that's where l normally would go. I hope maybe it will get better. Wish them the best. Now for a new cafe. The search is on. In addition, the worker's no smiles on their faces very unwelcoming. The location empty and dark.

I used to love La Madeline and went all the time to eat inside the restaurant, got to-go a few times and it was great. The new format is grab and go, it doesn't matter if you order it for "here" and eat inside, everything comes out barely warm and in tupperware. The staff at this location was extremely friendly and everything came out in a timely manner. The food was just sub par, and I'm disappointed that they changed the style of this restaurant to be "fast food" instead of somewhere you can come and enjoy a meal. You can have to-go food and still provide quality restaurant food/service. Personally, McDonald's has a better food presentation. Even if my food is coming out of a fridge and being microwaved, I'd rather it be less obvious. Meaning I don't want to eat my food out of a plastic container at a restaurant.

Stopped by to grab a quick lunch and it was fantastic. The lady who took our order was very helpful in explaining the options and the chef went out of his way to get us whatever we needed. The Chicken Riviera was amazing! I look forward to going back to try something else on the menu!

Don't waste your time or money. It was so slow for the being the only people in there ordering. All 4 of our drinks orders were wrong. Food was under whelming. Won't be going back.

Best customer service. Long story short the espresso machine was''t working and I left my card in the car, so I chose not to receive a refund. Ashley called my cell and personally offered to pay for a drink. She was the sweetest and exemplifies the idea of customer service. HATS OFF TO YOU ASHLEY at San Jacinto.

The place was in absolute chaos today. Short staffed, but was willing to give benefit of doubt until people who ordered after our small group got their orders first. Cook had no idea how to run kitchen. He spent more time running 1 item at a time to the front counter. After several attempts to get status, most everyone got their order except me. Left hungry as hell. Will never go here again.
