I eat here from time to time. I like the food not the drink choices. I would eat here more often if you served beer such as Kronenbourg 1664 (a good french beer), i'm not much of a wine drinker.

This La Madeleine is located at The Market at Preston Forest shopping area. The cashier was super unfriendly. The pastries on the display area we’re looking fresh. The onion soup was extremely salty. Could definitely improve.

La Madeleine is my go-to spot when I’m craving a cozy, French-inspired meal. The warm and inviting atmosphere makes it perfect for a relaxing lunch or a casual coffee break. But the real stars of the menu? Their tomato basil soup and fresh baguettes!

Great improvement over a few months ago. Very crowded during noon rush, but I got lucky with a table by the fireplace! Had a 1/2 french dip and a cup of potato soup. Both delicious! Service was good at register because I was waited on by a young lady who was extra friendly for a change. I did have to wait a good 20 minutes for my food, but they were so busy. That's ok.

Vegetarian options: Cozy, loud at lunch, quieter mornings and evenings.

Been doing me some La Madeleine for 10+ years. More so the breakfast. The bacon, egg, and cheese croissant is to die for! In the Spring, I love sitting on the patio. In the Winter, if you are lucky pull up next to the fire place. Lovely place.

This location needs improvement. There staff are not very friendly or professional.

The food was good but ordering took forever because there was literally no one there to take our order. Multiple employees looked at us waiting at the register and just walked by. Once we were able to order, the guy was just unprofessional and kind of rude.

My wife ordered a Chai Latte and it came and tasted like coffee. I took it back and he said he would remake it. Then brought the same one back and said it was made exactly right already. Three people tried this and it was NOT exactly right. It's coffee. I would say this manager handled it exactly wrong because here I am talking bad about the service. Won't come back to this location.

We came for breakfast and finished breakfast without ever getting our lattes.
We asked for them like 10 times and they simply never showed up.
The lady that cleans the tables was kind and gave us a glass of water to share.
Update: it took almost 30 min but they eventually gave us our lattes
