The young man at the counter was fantastic. The guy that brought put my food, when I asked for silverware, he pointed to it and said over there with a small attitude instead of getting it. Ok, except it was my first time there or even in the mall so had no idea. Food was great. Dinning area was in the hall like kind of odd... not sure how to explain it. Tables were cute and all. Over all it was really good. If I was a Dallas resident and visited this mall I'd go as a regular for sure.

The food is always delicious. BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE NEEDS IMPROVEMENT! The Black woman at the register is rude, has no customer service skills and just ruins the whole vibe. Needs to be retrained in order to be more respectful and polite to customers.

Not what it should be. Corporate should investigate. Cashier was very very rude and had attitude. Seriously hurt my feelings. I was going to spend quite a bit here on holiday gift cards for my family. The only gift cards available were not themed or cute nor did they have the jackets that go with them. Will not shop at this location again due to the experience I had here today.
Two different times two different people taking orders were rude and had bad manners. My girlfriend and I were getting breakfast and experienced this twice. The management needs to check on this and take action.GOOD FOODBAD SERVICE.

Very dry cashiers who let customers wait because they are ordering their own food. One new cashier did not know a thing. I ordered several and each time I was around her she’s always messing the cash register, creating a wait. I did not mind the pricier food just the standoffish service.the server was nice, just the “I don’t care attitude cashiers.”

Not sure how the lady who works the cashier is still working, she’s the one that has to sit on a stool but she’s rude and the opposite of good customer service, she starts to get irritated with you and making faces if you don’t order fast enough.
