Horrible service....while I was ordering the lady went and got her manager to make a change to an item I order. When her and the manager came back, the lady proceeded to assist another customer without indicating she was going to have someone else finish my order. She did repeat the altercations I requested to the manager but when my food came it was made wrong. The initial lady took my food with no apology and appeared to have an attitude. When I received my food the 2x the bread was burnt and hashbrown as well. The iced latte was flavored milk could not taste the coffee at all. Had to throw it but that was before I mentioned they did not make my drink order the 1st time they gave me my order. While waiting for my food another associate started her shift and instead of being prepared she began to braid her long hair while standing in the kitchen. She appeared to not like her 1st attempt at braiding her that she took it down rain her fingers through it and started braiding it again....still standing in the kitchen.

This is by far the best La Madeleine we have been to. The staff and servers are very friendly and cordial! They portions are big, soups are hot and food quality is fresh!

This location is the worst. Super small positions, salad dressing tasted odd, like spoiled, chicken no seasoning, pasta had lots of oil and the fruit tart was soggy and tasted old. Someone needs to take responsibility of this location and make improvements and fast.

First time dining at a la Madeleine. It was just okay as far as food goes. I ordered half a sandwich and fruit salad as the side. The sandwich was good except it had barely any meat on it. The fruit was not good. It’s sad enough that they used only melon (cheapest fruit) but the melon was not fresh it was the hard cuts of it that should always be thrown out.Service was fine, but sadly not very friendly for holiday service (Thanksgiving).We used the receipt to get a free dessert and I will say that the coconut cream cake was delicious!Stick to the baked goods and desserts with this place probably!

I love La Madeleine but I prefer the "classic" decor to this modern one. The staff is very friendly here, especially weekday early mornings when I come in a few times a week. Whether I'm enjoying a nice eggs breakfast or just coffee and pastries, it is always delicious. If there were more vegetarian options, especially outside of breakfast hours, I'd probably eat here even more often, but I'm happy as it is.
