In the shrine to Italian provisions and a distinctly upmarket positioning ($7.50 for the smallest cup of Gelato) Eataly should deliver a pretty solid lasagna.

At $24 for a slice of Lasagna Emiliane, I was severely disappointed in the dish as it arrived with a cold centre and make me nearly certain it was a cut from a refrigerated pan and warmed up ever so briefly.

With a bed of thin, rather flavorless red sauce, I did not get the Italian speciality I was hoping for in such a lovely restaurant.

The staff was fantastic and the Negroni was solid but I would advise ordering something that requires fresh preparation if you’re looking to be satisfied.

Outstanding service as usual. We live across town and visit North Park frequently and eat here every visit. Our server was great and attentive with our needs. The manager Megan came around often as well to check how everything was. We’ll be back again. Thanks

Easily one of my new fav places the food was incredible the staff was amazing
The manager Megan and our waitress Tonya were so helpful with the menu and recommended things to us.
We got the calzone which was so good and so cheesy the ricotta in it was amazing, we also got the cheese wheel fettuccini which was the best thing I had in awhile and i love that they mix it in the cheese table side, for dessert we got the Italian banana donuts 10/10
The cocktails were perfect they weren’t too strong or too weak lol we got the passion spritz and bubbling hibiscus
Will be coming back asap

I went with my family and we found a hair in my dads salad, we let the waiter know and she was really nice about it which we appreciate, they brought him a new salad and we took it to go, and while I was eating it today I found another hair :(

Loved that I could try 3 different flavors of pizza in one! Try the Tre gusti to maximize your flavor experience. I personally always try cappriciosa if it’s available. They did great. Bread is tasty. Pasta is good. Pizza is bomb!

It's a BIG establishment with 3 restaurants and a large grocery area. We had bread (Focaccia Bianco), which was NOT complimentary. I had Fritto Di Calamari alla Siciliana for an appetizer. It came in a paper cone. It was tasty, though I wish it had more calamari and less zucchini. The aioli was spot on. I ordered Rigatoni All'Amatriciana, which would have tasted very good, but I couldn't eat it because it was extremely salty ( I was told it was due to the guanciale and parmesan, not added salt). I replaced it with Ravioli Spinaci al Pomodoro E Stracciatella, which wasn't quite as tasty but fairly decent. My wife had had the Linguine Allo Scoglio, which was very good. The kids had a heart- shaped pizza with sauce, mozzarella, and ham. It was wood-fired and quite good. We just drank tap water. Overall, the meal was very good, not great. The waiter (Tong?) was pleasant, informative, and available. The atmosphere is more akin to a diner. Clean, but noisy and busy.

really all about the service last night, he wasn't bad but just had no positive interaction with our table. he gave off that , “ i've given up on life” attitude, we all noticed

We sat out on the patio. Comfortable early October evening and a nice place to be. Service was excellent. We felt like we were getting special attention and everything was served fast and friendly. We tried the restaurant week Italian street food sampler. Most were delicious. I had their lasagna entree which I wasn't wild about, but that's personal taste. Overall, a delightful experience with top notch service. I think the excellent service elevated the experience to way above normal. Who doesn't like being pampered a little bit?

I never write reviews, but the staff at Eataly took such good care of my 15 year old son's birthday dinner. 9 teenage boys who love pizza- they had the best time and i enjoyed having a very chill dinner on my own at the bar. Everyone from the hostess stand to the bartender to the waitstaff was amazing and helped to provide a great memory. Thanks!

Visiting this shopping center by chance, we found Eataly Pizza and Pasta, we rushed in with a mad desire for food from our home, and what a pizza guys, exactly the same as in Italy. We met the manager, and thanks Ivan for the advice and hospitality, it was a great pleasure!
