A warm, inviting environment to sit and work or just people watch. The coffee is excellent and the kind people behind the counter make everyone feel at home and welcome. La Reunion is a gem in the Bishop Arts community.
Chelsea, Ray and Thomas and all of the team are fantastic. Service is always on point, great drinks and plenty of choice and they also have to put up with a lot of difficult customers who feel their entitled behavior allows them to sit for hours without buying drinks or even the courtesy of a tip. Bar wise, it’s the best and you can’t do better in Bishop!
Tried this place for the first time and it was great. Not too crowded on a Friday afternoon, good atmosphere. The chai tea latte tasted closer to an horchata which I Iove. The grilled cheese was pretty good, the tomato bisque has been one of the best I’ve had. Definitely will be returning every now and then to study.
