La Stella is absolutely wonderful. Living in dallas I have acquired a very picky palette and La Stella never disappoints. Everything I have tasted from the menu has been stellar. The ambiance, the decor, lighting, and service all exceed my expectations for a restaurant of this caliber. Some of my favorite dishes are:
Antipasti: FRITTO MISTO
Pasta: SPAGHETTI ALESSANDRA
Main course: BRANZINO MEDITERRANEO And RISOTTO CAPESANTE

La Stella is one of our favorite restaurants in Dallas. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with a smile and the ambience and live music sets the mood. Throughout the dining experience we had impeccable service, from waitstaff, to bartenders, to management. In addition, the sommelier suggestions were educational and exactly what we wanted. The cuisine boasts authentic southern Italian flavors. We have tried so many dishes here, and although everything is fantastic, I will list some of my favorites.
Antipasti: PROSCIUTTO, MOZZARELLA & MELONE & the BRUSCHETTE LA STELLA
Salad: CAPRESE DOLCE
Pasta: AGNOLOTTI PIZZICATI
Main course: FILETTO 10 oz.
Dessert: NUTELLA MARBLED BROWNIE
CHEESECAKE

This restaurant delivers Italy. The food is amazing, but the romantic ambience this space delivers can only be because the owner knows something. I was not surprised when I found out the owner is from Italy and his passion is recreating an experience that only Italy can. I can’t wait to go back!

Best of the best Restaurant Week experiences! Incredible 4 course menu for $99 per person plus 20% off all bottles of wine made for an enjoyable date night. Valet parking available just outside the entry for $10. Faves were the chargrilled Spanish octopus and the piuma iberica. No misses. Only minor downside is noise level in dining room was higher than expected.

I cannot recommend this place enough after eating there with my woman last night. The atmosphere catches your eye immediately and every worker from the hostess to the bartenders to especially our server once we arrived at our table was beyond kind and attentive. The food blended this high quality vibe to a home cooked feeling. Worth every penny. Extremely romantic and gorgeous restaurant. If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would. Whatever they’re doing here, keep doing that.

Amore' this exquisite, authentic Italian Restaurant! We were there on Saturday, August 2nd. From the moment my famila and I entered we we treated as family! Richard, Adam, and Giuseppe were fantastic! The warm ambiance, divine drink, and amazing food were the best I have ever experienced. Thank you for the exceptional fine dinning and laughs.

HEAVY ON THE SALT. To hide the poor quality!
The meatballs were mushy and the sauce tasted like chef boyardee. The octopus was chewy, salty, and fishy. The chicken entree was like airplane food, dry and bland. The pork loin dish was excellent tho slightly over salted (like all the food, over salted ).
The wine list is on an iPad like eating at a Chili's lol.
Overall extremely overpriced! ($200+Per person). Atmosphere is drearily corny like a fancy restaurant on a cruise ship. Service was very nice. The review by James Padilla is accurate. Save your money and go to Cheesecake Factory.
The manager should spend less time responding to google reviews and more time minding kitchen. Embarrassing.

Shoutout to La Stella Cucina Verace for an unforgettable night!
7 girlfriends and I celebrated our friend’s birthday, and let me tell you—it was a whole vibe from the moment we walked in!
We were greeted by Richard the sommelier, who warmly welcomed us by name (yes, he asked and remembered all of them!) and got our group settled in. Just minutes later, Giuseppe came by—at first, we thought he might tell us to quiet down but instead, he joined in on the fun! He called our energy “cheerful and joyful,” asked what we were celebrating, and surprised us with a bottle of champagne! 🥂 He even introduced us to his family's wine—which, of course, we ordered and loved!
The food? Phenomenal.
The service? Impeccable.
Our server, Ron, went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. And to top it all off—the birthday girl received flowers from one of the owner's daughters
There was live music from an incredible pianist and singer that had us swaying, singing, and loving every minute of it. It truly made the night feel magical.
Delicious food, amazing wine, warm service, and music that made our hearts happy. We’ll definitely be back.
Thank you, La Stella, for making our celebration so special!
