poor quality service, rude management
2nd time trying Mediterranean food my first experience was Awesome but it was at a different restaurant.1st time eating here, I don't plan on coming back. 1st off they use processed chicken eww gross the chicken has a texture of chewy gum if I am spending $18 on a plate I do expect to eat real Chicken.2nd the staff who took my order he wasn't welcoming with answering my questions he appeared to be annoyed he was also eating and drinking while taking my order and I just felt that was rude. However I did enjoyed the hummus and the salad was good.
Not horrible... but not worth the price. Bummer. I live in neighborhood and would love a go to seafood place.
I would not recommend this place. The meal I had today looked pretty, but was awful! It was bland, overpriced, had soggy salad at the bottom of the bowl that I am sure was not fresh, and I am certain that the chicken is some form of fake, thawed out, processed meat product. What a disappointment and a major waste of my hard earned money. A can of Vienna sausages would have been a better lunch! And yes, this is the Laili located at the Dallas Farmer's Market that I am speaking about.
This is my 2nd time being here. The 1st time I got the Vicky coconut sticky rice. For $5 it was pretty good. This 5 stars for them then the 2nd time I came I got the vegan breakfast bowl. 3 stars. It was good the problem is I asked the guy if it was spicy he said no spice.. mild spice... but for someone who is very sensitive to pepper/spice it was a bit too spicy for me. But it was good though....
Terrible!!! STAY AWAY for this place. Chicken is processed and taste like gum. Felt absolutely gross after eating a couple bites. Expensive for serving dog food.
Cashier insisted items on the menu were not sold at the restaurant and repeatedly told me to go next door to the Indian restaurant.
What a surprise. Great food in the farmers market. Really enjoyed the quick service and the Turkish coffee. The poached eggs weren’t actually fried instead, but no complaints on this end. The spicy harissa poached eggs was closer to a hash and was absolutely delicious.
Very expensive for what it is. About $22 for a pick up, casual lunch for one person (no appetizer). If the atmosphere was impressive or the food really delicious, maybe $22 is good. But the food was a little bland. Like it needed an infusion of flavor. People might say it was because of what I ordered, but I ordered something with sriracha and lots of garlic. That should not be bland.
Excellent place, delicious food and unmatched service.

We ordered two Harissa Falafel Platters with Red Chutney ans Sriracha Tahini for pickup. The followed my specific dorections perfectly (I'm vegam so no feta on the salad). Amazing! Everything was freshly made even the tomatoes were flavorful. The quality makes the price ($18 per platter) totally worth it. This is our second time ordering and it has been consistent.

Best Shawarma sandwich you can have in Dallas. Little pricy but so authentic Mediterranean food.
First I wana say that the the food was good but customer service was bad, I ordered lamb and by mistake they gave me chicken, no big deal I asked them to make me a new sandwich they wanted to throw away my sandwich in order to give me a new one, am against wasting food so I refused
