Went here for the first time with a group of friends this past weekend. Had high hopes since it seems like a classic in Dallas. We were all sitting in a booth and I had my hand on a Topo Chico bottle that was nearly empty. We had been sitting there for a while and one of the staff grabbed the neck of the bottle out of my hand and mumbled “no outside drinks”. I called the guy out and received a half a** apology. Totally understand the policy, but would’ve appreciated the opportunity to finish it outside or toss it myself instead of having it grabbed from my hand. Not an ideal initial experience. Other than that friends said the corn dogs were good. I won’t be going back.

Worst service in town. Female bartender ignore me for minutes while continuing her conversation, took my order and preceded to serve 3 customers whom had arrived or ordered after me. Lazy and inept.

LOVE THIS PLACE!! I heard that they were known for their burgers & uh YES!! FABULOUS! I loved the atmosphere/ambience of this place….such a dive, hole in the wall type place & it was just so fun & comfortable. Go try it asap!

My boyfriend has a speech impediment(a stutter ) and the bartender chose to judge him and not serve him or even listen to him when he said he has a stutter. Everyone with my. Boyfriend tried to defend him and he would not listen

By far the best hamburger in town. Zack.and Gabrielle are very attentive bartenders. This is a great place to chill out after a busy day.Parking: I am there early evening so parking is never a problem for me.

Extremely rude staff. Every time I went there. Just put upWith it, last time got kicked out after two beers. Went to cosmo’s , and was welcomed with a hug and when I told them I was kicked out for “being too drunk” they laughed. And when I was at cosmo’s, everyone around me at the bar (fullBar) expressed same concerns, I’ve never in my life felt moreUncomfortable at a bar in my life. I bartended for eleven years, and many bar owners are my clients. Idk what happened or why, but it was creepy and weird and I’ll never go back. Burgers are truly good, that’s why I would keep going, but the arrogance of the bartenders and the trash way they treat customers - is unreal. I met the owner on the patioAnd discussed training his dogs and we got along and he was amazing. Such a stark difference from him and his bartenders. Honestly, good luck guys! Honestly, what a terrible experience. I’ll never forget how terribly uncomfortable I was and allThe stories I heard at cosmo’s when I said it out loud how they shared the same experience
