Exceptional Accessibility and Accommodating Service at Lava Lounge
I recently visited Lava Lounge and was truly impressed by how accommodating they are for individuals with disabilities and injuries. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, offering assistance without hesitation and making adjustments to ensure accessibility.
Navigating social spaces can often be challenging when dealing with mobility concerns, but Lava Lounge exceeded expectations by providing a welcoming and inclusive environment. Their attentiveness, patience, and willingness to make modifications—whether it was seating arrangements, accessibility considerations, or just checking in—made all the difference in my experience.
It’s rare to find a venue that genuinely prioritizes inclusivity, and I highly recommend Lava Lounge to anyone looking for a great time in a space that values every guest’s needs. I truly appreciate their commitment to making everyone feel welcome and comfortable!

Honestly the staff is super rude. It's never great. They are constantly not busy and I see why.

Overpriced and so tiny. These dudes came into Dallas and made the “Dallitude” so much worse. Often walk by it and see no one is in there. Owned by a couple who are self-obsessed. They criticize and project their insecurities onto others (case in point….toupée). Get out of town and open up the space for gays who are actually going to contribute to a culture that isn’t self-gratifying.

They kicked us out of out of a non VIP area after being there for over an hour.. saying they needed to "pop bottles"
The music was ok..
The place was overly crowded...

Was in Dallas for the weekend celebrating a friends birthday and we stopped by Lava. The bouncer guy told us to come back at a later time, when we came back it was super crowded and now of course the bouncer charged me $20 a head. Here I am thinking it’s for the club and he rudely insist that I send it to his personal cash app. Would not recommend!

Wasn't many people for a Saturday night. First time out here and seemed boring. Also was harassed multiple times by the same guy after my friend repeatedly telling him to leave me alone so we left.

I cannot believe what I saw tonight after midnight. The bartender (with the red bandanna) assaulted a customer by throwing a glass at them. Blood was dripping from his scalp and another person left with a bloody eye. I have been here several times and never witnessed anything like this. Soon after, the worker (with white t-shirt) closed the door on me and was gesturing that I leave away from the entry area outside. I have NEVER witnessed anything like this! This is NOT appropriate, unfair and unsafe.

They kick u out if they don't tip for 2 well tequila drinks 35$
Been here a few times and every time is the same thing. Small venue which is fine but everyone is pushing eachother. Bartenders don’t care and will skip over you multiple times because there is someone more attractive it seems. Just poor service.

DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR BELONGINGS STOLEN!!!!!
my friend and i went here for the first time, trying clubs out supporting the night life of dallas. while we were here, my friend couldn’t find her phone and we went to the staff for assistance. all we got was blank stares and shrugs, then were ultimately dismissed. at the time, the club was about to close and as the people left, we tried again and were told to leave because the club just closed. we talked to the bartenders, the body guards and servers and all of them couldn’t have cared less. didn’t even BOTHER to pretend to look to save face. needless to say, we won’t be returning because who in their right mind would wanna go somewhere where they don’t feel cared for or understood. i get it, this probably happens on a regular basis but show some kind of empathy because that would’ve saved the experience. way to kick a dog when it is down.
