Just stopped by a bit ago and the man at the counter didn’t show up for like 10 mins and then when he appeared he yelled rudely “go to another line, we are closed.” Like sir, maybe display a closed sign or something and there is no other line. If someone is in line, it’s because they wanted coffee.

Even for being a Lavazza branded coffee, quality is below average and that is directly related to training and minimal barista capabilities.

But much worse than I wonder how they dare to offer practical food they're not able to warm it, even a 7-Eleven would do so. I grabbed a turkey and cheese sandwich which resulted on a flavorless experience and guess what, it didn't even have some mayo, mustard or condiments. A disappointing experience ?

I ordered an iced latte, but I received iced coffee with milk. Both employees confirmed they use iced coffee, not espresso, for iced lattes. I guess their espresso machine is just for show.

The cafeteria barely has a couple of square meters and it is understandable that we will have some things missing, I have seen in the comments that people complain that they do not heat your bread, maybe they do not have something for this or maybe they do... I don't know ; The point is that I ordered a chocolate croissant and it was very delicious, it is what you expect, fresh bread and something to sweeten it simulating chocolate.I ordered a large cappuccino and the flavor is very good, unfortunately it is 60% foam and the rest is liquid, I think they should improve this, because if you are a coffee lover and you order a large size you expect at least that your drink contains a better proportion of liquid. This is why I give 4/5Even so, I have a good experience, good coffee.
