Ordered online for pick up and found my coffee was not an iced latte as I had ordered. When I asked if they could change it they said it didn’t specify on the online order that it would be iced so they would have to charge me full price $11 again for a new coffee! Wow, terrible customer service. I was in a rush picking up coffee before kids bday party so had not time to go back and forth with the manager but very disappointment with the experience. Will not be returning here.

Hands down the best coffee joint in DFW! The Aussie way of drawing a bean is smooth. Fitzhugh flagship location is still my favorite…but the consistency of the coffee is perfection! Huge shout out to Jesse, one of the fam favs for high energy and just overall happiness vibes!

The coffee was terrible and the vibes are horrendous. Something was weird about this place and my friend and I were extremely uncomfortable. Red flags all around. Also the size of the drinks did not justify the price tag. Completely overrated mess of a place.

Not a great study place, but incredible coffee and staff! Order ahead is super convenient and coffee is always top-notch. really cool vibes too- reminds me of austin :)
