Jesse, the manager, refused to remake my green tea, which tasted like water, or provide a smaller size, stating only one size is available. He required me to reorder and repay for a remake. He confirmed one scoop of loose-leaf tea is used for a 16 oz serving. After I tasted the tea, Jesse tasted it himself, which is unhygienic. I requested a refund due to his refusal to remake the tea. Mark and Adam, please review the tea recipe and ensure all employees, including Jesse, follow Texas Food Establishment Rules (§228.83), which prohibit tasting customer beverages to prevent cross-contamination.
We definitely will not be back.

Wanted to love the place but ordered a cappuccino and received an cortado, went back to them again and they just added more milk and gave back a semi cold drink. Never coming again. the size of the drinks did not justify the price tag. Completely overrated.
Stopped in for an oatmilk latte with an extra shot of espresso. OMG! Delicious! Not only was the coffee great, but the staff was awesome as well. Very friendly and helpful. LOVE THIS PLACE!
