Today, we went to Le Bilboquet and had a fantastic brunch. I had the Chicken Paillard. Usually, I'm not too fond of too many greens, but whatever they used for the dressing made them delicious. The other folks with me had the Brioche French Toast and Shakshuka. The bread for the french toast was excellent, and the whipped cream seemed freshly made.
