I’ve never sent a plate back before as I’m not a picky eater but my food tasted like nothing, literally nothing. There was not a pinch of seasoning. The pastry chef knows what they’re doing! Pastries were amazing, but everyone’s food at the table was bland.

Brunch items had no flavor except the matcha pancakes. Our server couldn’t care less. Drinks were amazing, atmosphere was stunning. They need to get it together!

Atmosphere and location are excellent. Got a medium rare steak that came fully raw and charred on edges. (I will eat meat in any condition, the crime is the steak was not good, save your money). Wait staff did not care, would not recommend

Brunch review. The location is still very much in the early learning phase. Food, as many reviews mark, is extremely hit and miss. Croissants and pancakes were fantastic and standouts. The steak and eggs were a huge miss, both undercooked after refire and barely seasoned. Service was friendly but absent. You cannot go here with any need to be timely. Hard to tell if they're understaffed or undertrained. Overall it's a beautiful location, both inside and out. Despite it's proximity to the roads, it feels secluded on the patio. For parking, they do not validate for the valet, but they do offer some validation for the garage.

If I could leave 0 stars, trust me I would! The service was beyond disappointing. We were standing at the counter expected to be seated right away and no one ever came. Whenever a guy did decide from the curtains told us to go outside to the hostess; only to come back right where we were originally?! We were seated , at least 10 minutes go by and no one approached , right? We let it slide. We finally get water after 10 minutes, and still no server? When the server finally makes an appearance he first starters didn’t greet us or introduce himself, just asked us if we “are good? “ like what? Can we order? We tell him our order simply and clearly, he didn’t write anything down… only to come back to our table after he had walked away to give us our completely wrong order…. I didn’t fuss. The server was weird to be completely honest! He treated the rest of his tables with kindness and even sparked some conversation but he was completely different with us. I left no tip! Whenever I asked for the check the amount was $97.42 dollars only to be charged $106.08 dollars in the end, regardless I left $0 tip, I’m sorry but be mad at yourself! A tip is earned not expected? Especially when I never felt welcomed or comfortable. So beyond petty that I received a call hours later stating that the transaction “declined” and didn’t go through?!! Whenever the payment is already pending?! Make it make sense? Some lady; Jackie confirmed that my total was $97.42, right….. I was charged twice! First $106.08 and then $97.42 ?! When is that logical? Don’t recommend this place at all, beyond weird! Please peep the picture below?

If i could give this place 0 starts this would be 0 stars. The service was terrible and the food was mediocre.
Came in for brunch with my best friend, after waiting 10 minutes to be seated someone told up we went in through the wrong door, ok fair so we walked around just to have to host walk us back around where we were to wait again. We got sat, after 10 minutes they brought us water and 5 min after that our server came to the table saying “ya”ll good?” (mind you they were not at all busy, there was probably 5 other tables) we go ahead and order, the coffee comes out cold and WITH A FLY so we return it, he doesn’t apologize just gets us another one and whoever brings us the new coffee doesn’t say a word either. The crab cakes benedict was not good (they are better at Terilli’s which is 9 min away). I kept trying to get the servers attention and he would just walk away. Our total lame out to $90 something with tax it was $97 something, why did we get a second receipt saying it was $106. I don’t know all I know is we didn’t leave a tip the service was terrible and so was the food. Yall this man was greeting every other table and was nice to everyone but us when we didn’t do nothing but be polite, I honestly didn’t want to write this but I felt so bad after leaving here. 10/10 DONT RECOMMEND

We were very excited to try Le Pasage but unfortunately we had the worst experience. Table of 3, everyone got their food but one person. We waited 40 minutes for chicken and waffles. I got chicken and waffles and it was bland. My food also came out cold . No flavor, I didn’t even get the pickles that’s supposed to be on the meal. Our server was not attentive at all. We could tell he was ready to get off. The manager did come and apologize, but it was just too late. The food took 20min+ after that. Honestly I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The food wasn’t good enough to go through fighting for attention, long wait times, and cold bland food.

Went to brunch with friends, we all loved our food. I had the souffle pancakes and they were phenomenal with the match sabayon. The service however was bad, extremely slow. Took 20 min from when we were seated to take our food order, never checked on if we were enjoying the meal, took a long time to ask if we wanted refills on drinks. Once finished our plates sat for at least another 20 min, closer to 30min before they were cleared. We had the check split three ways and one friend was paying with cash and the waitress politely tried to talk her out of it because she would have to go to the sister restaurant next door to get change. I tried to talk to a manager to politely let them know, but no one was at the host stand when we left.

One of the best meals I've had in DFW in a LONG time. The shrimp toast was off the charts good. Everything we tried we loved.

I truly thought this would be a gimmicky place but it surprised us and truly had more than what met the eyes.

The inner dining hall seems to be reserved for dinner so everyone was sat outside. There were plenty of fans so it was temperate.

The coffees and drinks were a miss but the star of the show was the matcha soufflé pancakes. The pancakes were extremely fluffy and paired extremely well with the sabayon. Honestly, the sabayon was so good, it almost felt like we could drink it.

Everything else we ordered, was good, but nothing phenomenal. Had they been, this would undoubtedly get a 4, maybe even a 5. It’s currently a 3.5 in my books.
