I love this Black owned BBQ joint. The lady behind the counter is aways happy, the food is tasty and the place is clean and safe. My favorites so far are the ribs, East Texas hot links and the sweet potatoes. Glad they are in my neighborhood.

Service had been great until today, my family and I enjoyed the baked potato and chopped beef sandwich, we decided to try some dessert so we got the usual and two slices of cake strawberry and the red velvet. I opened the strawberry cake and (luckily I looked down) saw the cake was MOLDED and the smell was awful . I enjoyed this place until this however I will never eat here again my health and my families health is worth more to me. This was a careless mistake.

Very generous portions and excellent barbecue. I have been to most of the barbecue places like hardemans,odom, babybackshacks, etc.. all excellent barbecue only thing is a dollar here you can eat and fill your belly. To go only well with it.
