I went to this place on Christmas Eve excited and ready to celebrate with my family as I made it to the establishment my sister was outside of the establishment crying because one of the lit kitchen promoters had poured a drink all over her. Security guards were completely toxic, masculinity energy and did not whatsoever apologize for making things right so that we could have enjoyed our night. Then allows the promoter to verbally assault me it, so we decided to leave do not go here if you are a female woman, or anyone who identifies as such because you will be treated with hostility

It's always a bad idea to combine a club & restaurant ??♂️??♂️ this place was a disappointment . Chairs & table are creaky & dirty the place has a damp carpet smell. Food was trash and cold .. The music was good and the drinks were ok

PISS POOR!! THIS PLACE IS OVERALL TERRIBLE!! EVERYTHING TASTES GROSS AND HAS THE AUDACITY TO BE OVERPRICED. The atmosphere is pretty nice and has a cool vibe but the food is absolutely terrible. I came here for my birthday as was SO DISAPPOINTED! The calamari and gochujang chicken was extremely salty it was inedible. The bulgogi beef had ZERO flavor. The drinks?! Absolutely awful. Tasted like hose water and sharpies!! Every table around us complained and even ran off without paying because the food and service was so bad… the service was so slow and non attentive. We hated the food but they refused to refund us for dishes we didn’t eat or barely touched. They offered a dessert instead and I declined because I refused to eat anything else in that place. It was also freezing cold in this restaurant and there are heaters on the ceiling that we asked to have turned on several times and they kept saying they would do it and just never did. I will never go back there. It was literally a terrible experience. The manager was also very sassy and I didn’t like his attitude. The waitress lied about what we ordered after we expressed we didn’t like it and wanted it off our tickets. Bad place. Just don’t go

One of the worst restaurants I have ever been to. Our drinks took over 20 minutes to come out and were overpriced for the quality and presentation. I had the Downtown Princess and it tasted like cough syrup. The bulgogi had absolutely no flavor and was burnt. The kimchi could have been better too. The table was not able to finish their meals because they were not good (Lit Burger, Bulgogi, Calamari). The lounge smelled like still water. This place has a lot of potential but the unhelpful management and poor service will be the reason why my friends and I will never come back.

We came on a Tuesday as a group of 13. We were the only table in the entire restaurant and it took the waiter about 45 minutes to get us water/drinks, 1.5 hours to take our orders, 1 hour to get our food, and 1 hour to get our checks and pay our bills. This is a 3.5 hour experience AT THE MINIMUM if you want to dine in. Food was good but not worth the 2.5 hour wait. They either needs to hire more waiters or just forgo the restaurant part of the place.

My boyfriend and I celebrated our 2 year anniversary here and it was absolutely wonderful. We came early in the night so I can't say much about the club vibe or atmosphere but while we were there we had phenomenal service. Our table was a little wobbly so we were immediately reseated and the server was nothing but kind. We ordered two sushi rolls and the grilled salmon and shared, and there is truly something to be said about the quality of the food. We don't order good sushi very often but this had to be among the best I've ever had. The food is very filling and all things considered, it wasn't terribly expensive for the amount and quality of food we received. Towards the end of the date, the owner came and spoke to us and we had a very nice chat. He checked on our service and we shared some laughs. There is a house gratuity of 20% added into the bill but I believe it's very well earned and we didn't have an issue paying it. All in all, it was a very fun time and we felt very welcome, and we will definitely be returning for the next celebratory occasion.

Got a different drink each time from the bartender when I asked for the same drink every time. More importantly, one of their bottle girls PUSHED ME. I was in the bathroom and moved out of my way for her because I know they're always busy and instead of saying anything she continued to PUSH me out of the way of the mirror when all of the other mirrors were open. This happened during a private event that wasn't even crowded so there was no need for any of that. Very unprofessional, trashy & rude. Although this does not go for all of the bottle girls, the others were checking on me all the time and making conversation and working super hard. Do better and set better standards for the others.

Lit Kitchen & Lounge had GREAT service this past weekend. Bre did a great job waiting for our large party with a smile and phenomenal customer service. Lit also kept their restaurant OPENlonger than their normally time, and graced my birthday friend with a GRAND birthday firework display with cake and blessed us all with a lovely evening. A BIG thank you in due to them
