Hispanic guy very rude don’t give u time to place your order without him interrupting u not friendly at all answer the phone like he at home Some need to be done about this location full of rude kids that play on the job when u walk in and definitely running off customers with the rudeness

I called to place a to go order at 9:24pm before they closed at 10pm and Barbara told me she could not take my order!!!! Unbelieveable!! Previous orders Im always told my order will be ready in 10mins, and i only live 4min away. But Babara decided she did not want to take my order for whatever reason, its unacceptable! Ive always loved coming to this location but not anymore. THANKS BARBARA FOR SENDING ME SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR PIZZA!

I have been going to this location as long as I’ve lived in this neighborhood, so for years and years, and as of late, each time I go, I’ll order online and go to pick it up, customized pizzas, not the hot and ready pizzas! So when I come, the pizza is cold, dry, and not even cut!!! How is it that I’m coming here and watching them put the pizza in the pizza portal and it’s COLD?! How am I ordering pizza… from a pizza place… and it’s NOT CUT.

I have never in my life received an uncut pizza from a pizza place and I have eaten Little Caesar’s on multiple occasions. That is absolutely ridiculous, I can’t lie. If I wanted to cut the pizza myself, I would’ve just went to Walmart and bought a frozen pizza, or PaPa Murphy’s, and buy a pizza to put in the oven and cut it at the house 😂. One day I ordered, I literally had to put the pizza back in the oven at the house, that’s how cold it was, it’s almost comical! Today was my last straw, I got a completely uncut, cold pizza. Like they did not even try. I had to send my boyfriend in to fix it because if I fixed it, I was going to lose it because this is not the first, second, third, or fourth time. This is EVERY TIME I order here….

LICKING THEIR FINGERS!

I went in 4/12/25 around 8:40ish. Got home, pizza was undercooked. I took it back for a fresh one only to walk in on 3 ladies(Hispanic) eating, (the pizza I assume) LICKING their fingers, touching the dough, & on their phones! I took my pizza said thank you and when I got to my car it dawned on me what I had witnessed. So I pulled up closer to look inside and to my surprise...EATING, LICKING THEIR FINGERS, etc! Long story short, I didn't get my refund! I left before I did something regrettable. DISGUSTING!

It's illegal to not give refunds. My son was charge for 2 brownies, when only requesting one. The manager Laura, stated, oh its an dependent owner operations. I will not patronize, where they are dishonest on customers satisfactionNo excuse

Pizza was so undercooked the box was dripping wet from the bottom after sitting for 3 mins. It was actually inedible and he to be thrown out for safety of eating raw ingredients.

Argued with the cashier for some reason about it.Had to show my receipt that I paid for two toppings and only received one. Her receipt showed that it only had 1 topping on it. Even though mine showed I paid for 2. Both receipts had the same price. This was not handled correctly as she kept saying there’s nothing we can do since my paper doesn’t show it. I did let that happened and stated I will not be taking the pizza because I paid for a 2 topping pizza.

I love Little Ceasars.... BUT this one here is STRAIGHT TRASH.... NEED NEW MANAGEMENT ASAP!!!!

The pizza here is some of the worst I've ever seen in my life.Don't come here unless you want to waste money.The pizza crust was less than half of what it should. Super thin with almost no cause plus soggy.It's embarrassing how much better the Ft Worth Ave location is. Their pizza at the other location on ft worth ave is more than worth the money while this pizza isn't even worth the trip if it was free.Please don't go here. They need serious help with quality control and management.

The 2231 W Ledbetter Dr, Dallas, TX location service is awful
The second you walk in there is loud Spanish music playing people are just waiting disgruntled, the girl at the register seemingly forgets to even post your order, which leads to even more waiting, some of the staff can't even speak proper english and the pizza's are usually on the burnt side. I have witnessed at least 3 altercations in this location because of poor service and the workers thought it was funny. Food is mid to poor at least at this location. They need to clean house or have someone regulate this location because it's giving Ceasers a bad rep.
